The villa is to be found on the highly regarded and very popular gated development known as "The Sanctuary" at West Haven, close to the exclusive Champions Gate area, with it's range of shops and restaurants and just MINUTES from Disney!
The spacious, luxury accommodation is set on two floors.
Upstairs...
Is to be found the first of the two master bedrooms. This bedroom also enjoys the benefit of a Sun Balcony....affording spectacular views over the lake when sitting out enjoying the early morning sun over coffee!..the bedroom also has a huge, fully equipped master bathroom, with twin vanity's, shower cubicle and a separate large bath. Also on this floor are to be found a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, as well as another fully fitted bathroom, a separate sitting/TV area...PLUS AN UPSTAIRS GAMES ROOM, with a slate bed Pool Table, (a fully air-conditioned area, not the usual stiflingly hot garage games room!)
Downstairs.....
Is to be found the second master bedroom,(with direct access, via patio doors out onto the pool deck), another twin bedded room, plus another bathroom. Downstairs also are two separate lounge/eating areas, the one giving direct access, (via triple patio doors), out onto the pool deck, the other a more formal lounge area, also offering the benefit of a more formal dining option.
The Kitchen is large and fully equipped, with the added comfort of a breakfast table and chairs.
Pool Side....
The pool deck has sun loungers, plus a table and chairs. The pool itself is over-size and had the benefit of a SPA, (both the pool and spa can be heated if required). There is also a pool-side bathroom for your added comfort.
