Owner's Map of Morro Bay

Hano's Real Estate is the Property Management Company representing this wonderful vacation rental.
Here is a little bit about our Property Management Team:

Julie Susoeff-Duncan
Julie spent her childhood working and playing on the waterfront in Morro Bay. Her father was a commercial fisherman and her mother managed the apartment building they lived in. Julie started working at the various restaurants on the waterfront when she was 12 years old. That same year she started fishing with her dad, part-time during the summers as far north as Washington. This early experience taught her valuable lessons and a stringent work ethic. After raising her son, she went back to college and received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. This education, experience and her love and knowledge of the area are a wonderful combination for a Realtor. Prior to going back to college she worked and lived on a ranch in the Shandon area. This widened her knowledge of large acreage, and ranch property in particular.

Christine Cicchetti-Bernardo

My name is Christine Cicchetti-Bernardo, I am a Realtor with Hano’s Real Estate. I enjoy living on the central coast where we are surrounded by thousands of acres of State Parks, natural preserve, historical sights, agricultural open space and State Reserves. I am very thankful for everyday I am here.
I am very lucky to be a part of the Hano’s Real Estate team.
We are not only a business, but a family.
