If you want to feel part of Mexican fisherman beach town, you can find a typical comfortable house just one block away from the beach, restaurants, park, church and action in town.
You'll find the house in front of the local artisans shops, as a hidden white and blue escapade ready for you.
As you enter the front patio, a little garden, a stair access to the upper deck and a collection of seashells invites you to come inside; the house is surrounded by an external corridor that allows the kitchen and each bedroom a private and independent entrance. The corridor ends in a service area which is a Mexican laundry sink and ropes for hanging wets.
You can visualize the house in two parts such as the common area which is the kitchen, dinning, living rooms and the two bedrooms and baths.
The kitchen is an American style full kitchen with a nice, big window with view to the front patio and also the independent service door. The kitchen bar accommodates two more people for drinks and food.
The dinning room set for 4 people . The dinning room table made of marble and iron, shipped from Guadalajara Mexico, also with view to the front patio.
The living room set one sofa and two individuals are the perfect napping spot after a wonderful seafood lunch; seafood just off the ocean that you can buy at the dock, right in the front of the park, one block away from home.
At the end of the corridor, you get to your bedrooms.
The first one, to your right is the master bedroom provided with two single beds, TV with cable, large closet and full body mirror. The bathroom is a wide sized space with a shower and tub, sink with large mirror and the lavatory. This bedroom is as bright as the rest of the house thanks to its windows. Also you can get to this bedroom throughout the private door in the back.
The second bedroom is smaller but also accommodates three single beds perfectly. It is provided with TV with cable, full body mirror and large closet. This bedroom has a bigger full bathroom and the private door.
A third bathroom is small but full bathroom.
You can access the upper deck also from the inside. Next to the bedrooms a set of stairs get you there. The deck occupies the same area that the house and is the perfect spot for sunbathing freely. The deck counts with a tub perfect for daylight or moonlight refreshments and a palapa with hammocks for breeze resting.

Year Purchased: 1998
We are a family of 4 members who like the sun beach and always travel together and enjoy the house on spring brakes and summers. Our children will never forget all these years spent in this house and in this town.
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Morelos
I bought the house because my father lived next door and we would like to spend some time with him so our kids will get to know his grandpa; then we fell in love with the town, people and the whole riviera maya, but mostly becuase of the type of town where the house is located. Calm and secured for my family.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Tranquility, close to the beach, everything is very close adn the house is full equipped veing small for small family or for couple. We don't look for noise and crowdy places.
