This trip was awesome from beginning until end, The room was so clean and the owner was awesome! We are already planning our next trip to the Laketowne Wharf! We highly recommend this resort and condo to anyone!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I STAYED HERE THE FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST. THIS IS NOT A 4 BEDROOM PLUS BUNK IT IS A 3 BEDROOM PLUS BUNK. THERE IS NO TV IN THE BUNK ROOM. THE CEILING IS CRACKED AND LEAKS NASTY BLACK WATER ALL OVER THE DINING ROOM TABLE. THE REFRIGERATOR DRAWER IS BUSTED. THE BATHROOM CABINET IS BUSTED UP AND CAN NOT USE THE DRAWERS. THE TILE IN THE BUNK ROOM AND HALL IS CRACKED ALL OVER. THE COMFORTERS WERE STAINED WITH NASTY STAINS I HAD TO WASH THEM. THERE IS NO PHONE SERVICES. THE REMOTE CONTROLS ARE DAMAGED AND DO NOT WORK ON THE TVS. THE CLOSET IN MASTER BATH IS THERE STORAGE CLOSET SO YOU CANT PUT YOUR STUFF IN IT. THE WALLS NEED A MAJOR PAINT JOB. THE UNIT WOULD BE GREAT BUT WHEN YOU PAY FOR NICE YOU EXPECT NICE. THIS WAS NOT....THE DOOR HANDLES ON THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS WERE BROKEN OFF AND THE DOORS WOULD NOT CLOSE. . THE REFRIGETOR DRAWER WAS BUSTED AND YOU COULD NOT USE. THE WALLS WERE SO BAD I TOOK MR. CLEAN TO THEM JUST SO I WOULD NOT FEEL LIKE IT WAS SO DIRTY THE CEILING HAS 2 MAJOR CRACKS ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE CEINLING AND THEY LEAK WATER ALL THE TIME AND ITS NASTY BLACK WATIER WHICH IS ON THE DINING TABLE AND THE CARPET AND DRIPS ALL THE TIME. IT LOOKS LIKE BLACK MOLD ON THE CEILING.

Best family vacation ever! Loved having bedrooms and baths for everyone. Very comfortable and clean. Best feature was wrap around deck with beautiful views; very relaxing at night with the dancing fountains. Easy access to beach plus loved all the pools. Only bad expierence was that we had to go home! Already looking forward to planning another trip. PS Very nice to have washer/dryer for beach towels, etc. All the comforts from home were in this unit.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Owner very interested in working out a deal with us. Took care of us in all aspects. Will definitely refer to friends and rent again next spring break! Nicely decorated, very furnished. Unit was somewhat messy from previous renters, but nothing we couldn't handle. Hospitality agency a little on the rude side, but wonderful stay made up for it. Roomy enough for 10 people to stay. Balcony right over light show. On lake side, but the strip is easy to see.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.
