It is located close to Tucson Mall, many restaurants and stores. Central location to majority of attractions including our famous Gem Show. There is a patio in front with Catalina Mountain views along with a gas barbecue. We are a husband and wife team that not only manage but we built the units. If you would like, we can do pre-arrival shopping for food and beverages on a cost/hourly basis. For longer staying guests, weekly housekeeping is available on a cost/hourly basis. We are Tucson natives, and would love to help you make the most of your stay. We will do everything we can to make your stay the best we can. The apartment is 675 square feet. Come enjoy the many outdoor activities that abound, or just enjoy sunny Tucson. We can also accommodate storage for RV or trailer next door which is fully fenced.

Jan-Mar .. $360/week .. $1445/month.
Apr-Sep .. $260/week .. $ 895/month.
Oct-Dec .. $310/week .. $1145/month.
Weekly rentals - $100 non refundable cleaning fee.
Monthly rental - $200 Refundable deposit plus $100 non refundable cleaning  fee.
At time of reservation 1/2 down required with balance due 30 days out.
Cancellation policy: 61 days - 100%; 60 days 50% refund; 30 days out no refund.
Will accept credit card payment through pay pal.
