Welcome to "Tropical Haven." This charming one-story three bedroom, two bath beach house offers approximately 1800 square feet of living space, two porches and a convenient one car garage.
You'll find a spacious living room with plenty of seating, a 36” TV, VCR, DVD player and books and games for entertainment. The fully appointed kitchen with granite breakfast counter, side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, smooth top electric range, blender, toaster oven, and dishwasher has everything you need. The kitchen overlooks the dining room which seats 6. The attached laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer as well as extra storage space. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating and a private deck overlooking the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.
In addition to the main living areas there are three bedrooms. The master suite includes a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV and DVD player with a private master bath featuring a Jacuzzi garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double marble vanity and separate commode room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and DVD player. Both the master and the second bedroom have access to the private screened back porch. The third bedroom has two twin beds, TV and DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms and easily accessible to both.
Other features include 10 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, and central heating and air conditioning. All living areas are carpeted, with tile in the baths, kitchen and laundry room. The one story floor plan makes this house easily accessible for all ages and wheelchairs. A new propane gas grill is on the deck for your convenience.
The one car garage, (with electric door opener), contains a golf cart for leisurely rides to the beach just a few short blocks from your front door! Enjoy either of the convenient pools, the sauna, or exercise room.
