Nestled on the top of the hill in a quiet Private Estate near Pompano Beach Club with simply breathtaking unobstructed views of the Great Sound, The Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel, the Lighthouse, the South Shore & surrounded by Port Royal Golf Course, home of the PGA Grand Slam 2009. Tranquil setting offers a relaxing holiday retreat. Our house is strategically located where you can watch the sun rise from the front of the house and watch the sun set from the back of the house.
Conveniently located within walking distance to: The Port Royal Golf Course which hosted the PGA in October 2009. Public Transportation, the Railway Trail with scenic walking, biking and exercising routes to explore. Maxi-mart Supermarket, Traditions Restaurant & Pompano Beach Hotel & restaurant & Spa, bus stops Playground, Port Royal Gas Station, Port Royal Golf Course, Basketball Court, Mini-Golf, Whale Bay Beach, & Rockaway Fast Ferry, Oleander Cycles (Moped Rentals). Hamilton, our capital city is just 15 minutes via the Fast Ferry across the harbor. Mini-bus service or Taxi can also transport you to your destination. Whilst cars are not available for rent, our taxis can take you on a sight seeing tour of the island which is a mere 22 miles long and 2 miles at the widest point. We are about a 45 minute ride from the F. L. Wade International Airport.
Visiting the West End, on Route you will find Robinson’s Marina which offers a host of Water Sports & Activities. You can rent a boat, go Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkel, Dive, Sail, Parasail or take a guided tour on Jet Ski. The Village of Somerset & the Historic Dockyard is just 15 minutes away. Destination Dockyard’s Clock tower Shopping Mall offers unique shopping, Dining, Glass Blowing Studio, Art & Craft center, Movie Theatre and entertainment experience. A varied selection of Restaurants, tourist attractions such as Snorkel Park Beach facilities & Hammerheads Restaurant & Bar or explore the Maritime Museum or be adventurous and swim with the Dolphins.

It has its own private entrance & Patio to relax and enjoy the view after a Bermudafulday of sightseeing, golfing, beaching etc. Our unit is unique and we make every effort to provide you with all the comforts of home therefore we constantly upgrade.

BBQ & Hot Tub located in a private secluded garden is available for the use of the guests.
