Offering self catering fully furnished Studio Suites. Our Loquat Garden offers a full size kitchen; whilst our 'Pompano Flats' & 'Harbour Ocean View' Studio Suites offer KITCHENETTES.

Our comfortable spacious air-conditioned, fully furnished self sufficient Studio Suites are tastefully decorated with private bathrooms en-suite. We make every effort to provide you with all the comforts of home. Private entrance & patio to relax and enjoy the view after a Bermudafulday of sightseeing, golfing, beaching etc.
Tiled throughout and equipped with a lighted ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery, iron & ironing board, table & 2 chairs. Sabrina is an outstanding host! She gave us great recommendations and helped with whatever we needed. We stayed in the harbour ocean view room for one week and felt right at home. The kitchenette is a great bonus as we cooked all our breakfasts and enjoyed them on the patio with the spectacular view. The room is equipped with everything you need. Cable TV and internet was great too. The location is convenient as it is close to bus stops, grocery stores and within walking distance to do water sports. Sabrina is a wealth of knowledge for things to do and can arrange any activity for you. I highly recommend horseback riding with her friend Mike. I learned so much about Bermuda just from talking to Sabrina. We definitely enjoyed our first time in Bermuda and all the memorable experiences wouldn't have been the same if we didn't stay at Sabrina's. Many thanks to Sabrina and her family for the great hospitality and we look forward to staying in her properties next time we are in Bermuda!Did you find this review helpful? My wife and I had a wonderful time in Bermuda. Our trip was made even more enjoyable do to the hospitality of Sabrina. She warmly welcomed us upon arrival and instantly made us feel at home. The Pompano Flats Ocean view apartment was perfect. Just as the remainder of the property it was clean and included all the amenities to complement our stay. Sabrina was always available to provide what assistance she could whether it be to answer or provide information about the island or to take care of an issue with the apartment (such as replace towels). The location of the property was perfect. No far from beaches, attractions, and being a golfer it's located in the heart of the Port Royal Golf Course, perfect! We highly recommend Pompano Flats, or any of Sabrina's apartments, for your next vacation to Bermuda. What you are renting far exceeds the affordability of what you pay. My stay with Sabrina was nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!! The arrival was smooth & organized. Prior to it her communication was impeccable on all the details of my stay at her apartment. What I didn't realize is that not only was I going to have a fun Holiday, but also make a new friend! I left feeling like I visited my relatives in Bermuda!!! Here's a snippet of just one day (via my online diary)to give you an idea of how Amazing Sabrina is! "Today has been another Incredible Day! It started out with Sabrina booking me an amazing horseback riding session on a fly! I just said "I'd like to go horseback riding" she said "Hang on a second, let me call Mike. He is great! Minutes later,her relative was giving me a ride to another Parish & I got to meet Mike & his horses & 2 lovely ladies who were going riding as well. Mike took us on a 2 hour journey through the old railroad path, State Parks, various neighborhoods& the Beach! Needless to say, the scenery was breathtaking! Afterwards, I stopped at the local convenience store to pick up some food & discovered I needed to swing by the pharmacy.Well, guess what? The ladies that work at the deli offered to give me a ride to the pharmacy, 'cause it was too far to walk & then took me to the bus stop. The bus I needed broke down, so I waited & finally board the next bus & minutes later realize that I left my camera somewhere, but not sure exactly where. I call my landlord to let her know what's going on & she offers to call the bus depot & the pharmacy while I retrace my steps... The next bus I board the bus driver says the announcement has been made to all the drivers & they are checking their vehicles. I go back to the convenience store to check in with the lady who gave me a ride & guess what? I left the camera in her car on my way to the pharmacy.The car is now in a different parish, but she says she can deliver it to me the next day, asking for my address. I give her the name of my landlady & she says: "I know Sabrina! She is a very good friend of mine!" (& Just So You Know, EVERYBODY on this Island knows Sabrina & speaks very highly of her!!!) They chat on the phone, Sabrina drives over to her house to get the camera & comes to the store to pick me up! she has also helped me with getting the transportation passes & organized a Fancy Holiday Dinner & outings on New Year's Eve!!! Sabrina is a very kind host. She wants to make sure that you enjoy the island and her accommodations. She has her own set of house rules, but I had no problem complying with them. There is nothing you can't ask from her and she is always happy to help you. If she can manage to find a way to fix it, it would be a no-brainer 5-star stay. Still I would recommend you to stay with her, since her apartments are nice, well-equipped and have everything and all that for a very reasonable price! The neighbor hotel charges 4-5X more per night for a small room. If you book with her, I can promise that she will take care of you. Very conscienscious and kind host! We had a great vacation in Bermuda. This place is not your 4 seasons but it is clean and spacious. Perfect for a family trip. Sabrina was a great host and gave information on tons of things before we landed in Bermuda and after we arrived at her place. It is about a 10 min walk from the bus stop, unless you have issues with walking it is not a problem. The other good thing about this location is proximity to a couple of beaches which are not at all crowded, small but pristine. Overall we had a great time and would love to go back and stay here sometimes soonRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our son had his honeymoon booked into Pompano Flats. They were more than pleased and would really like to go back again. They said the experience was wonderful, the apartment beautiful, clean, good facilities and wonderful host and people that they met on the island. Took lots of pictures. The hospitality, advice, (including help with my daughter who was not travelling with me this time,) and providing knowledge of the Island was second to none. I feel like I have gained an extended family and when I return to Bermuda, would gladly stay again. Stayed with us from February 24th, 2012 to March 11th, 2012. Sabrina and Pompano Flat is lovely and so very Quaint. We had arrived on the island late at night... however when I woke up it was the most amazing view of the ocean, mixed with the calm sweet pink of the house made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Sabrina for your kind informative words about (our) home , as well as filling me in on what has happened on the island in the past few years. Looking forward to another stay. Cheers. After a 4 day sail from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, we arrived in Southampton (Pompano Beach) and were greeted by Sabrina, a consummate hostess who proved to be a wealth of information about the island and the people - very welcoming and very accommodating. The flat was absolutely perfect for us. Sparkling clean, and extremely affordable. A quick bus ride to the ferry to Hamilton or St. Georges, a short walk to pick up groceries, great little kitchenette and use of the BBQ and patios. Lots of space and areas to lounge outside and occasionally snuggle with Biscuit – the cute little resident dog. We only visited a short time, and the waters were a tad cold during our stay, but next time we’ll take advantage of the water sports & beaches so close by. Thanks again Sabrina, for making our stay so wonderful. Hope to see you again soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Bermuda, with its turquoise water, pristine beaches, rugged coastlines and pastel-hued homes is one of the world’s true beauty spots and Bermudians are the country’s best ambassadors including our hostess Sabrina. We stayed in one of her modest, quiet, clean, reasonable accommodations with a million dollar hilltop view and Sabrina was most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Public transportation is excellent. All of this made for a lovely time on this gorgeous island.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
