Great direct beach front vacation location. This beach house is located on the southern end of Anna Maria Island, in the city of Bradenton Beach.
Our place is a true charmer. The home was built in 1952 and totally remodeled in 1995. There are 2 units at this house, a 2 bedroom 2 bath and a 2 bedroom 1 bath. With both units you are able to sleep up to 10 guests. Both units have the same beach side views.
Staying at our place you get the feel of old Florida with modern amenities. As you sit on the covered porch that overlooks the beach and Gulf of Mexico, you can get lost in the moment.
Both units are well appointed with all the things you would use at home. If you prefer to cook on your vacation, each unit has a full kitchen with all the utensils. There are 2 cable televisions, for those moments when the kids want to watch their show during the game. Both sides have central air, so you control your comfort level.
You might want to go out and enjoy some eats and one of our many restaurants that are within walking distance. Historic Bridgestreet is 1 block north of the house, great place to visit. There also is a pier at the end of the street with a covered large swing that overlooks the Anna Maria Sound, you may watch the variety of birds that live and feed in around our tranquil town.
There is a free trolley service provided by Manatee County Transit, the trolley travels the length of the island until 10:30 p.m. daily. This has been a asset to the community, our guests rave about the service. The drivers are very familiar with the 3 cities on Anna Maria Island, be sure to ask if you have a question.
