We were extremely happy with our stay at Bearway to Heaven. It was very clean, well maintained and very cutely decorated with the bear theme.The cabin had everything that we needed a stocked kitchen, grill,comfortable beds, games, pool table, movies, hot tub and more. Our family took advantage of all the cabin had to offer, it made for a very relaxing and fun 4 days.We were also very surprised when early one morning we were visited by 4 bears, this was very exciting, the kids loved following them around the cabin (we were inside of course) and watching what they were doing . Wish we could have stayed longer. We also visited the aqarium which we all loved and had enjoyed a very good meal and entertainment at The Hellbender Grill. We have highly recommended this cabin to family and friends and hope to be able to go back again one day.

We saw two bears one morning. They came within 10 feet. We had rockers at the end of porch just in case. We did not feed them but got good pictures. Saw two wild turkeys when we arrived. Beautiful cabin was amazing. Not sure what I would change. Thanks, hope to return if God's willing.

Laura and I hada great time during our 5 night stay. The cabin is beautiful and well maintained. We took along a few lounge chairs to relax in the driveway. They cabin is nestled in the woods but there really isn't a yard, it mainly trees. Being secluded and only a mile from downtown Gatlinburg was really nice. I have to say that Sweat pee's is a great place to eat. We had lunch there 3 days in a row. Rafting and indoor sky diving were some of the highlights of our trip. If your looking to get way and just relax this is a great place to stay... We arrived June 12 and the weather was in the 90's most of the time, a little hotter than normal.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We will definitely try out Sweet Peas the next time we are at the cabin. In the summer we usually sit in the rocking chairs in the driveway and listen to all the forest critters. The sound is deafening, especially in August. Occasionally you will hear 2 owls hoot back and forth to each other from opposite sides of the woods. I cannot say enough about my visit to Bearway to Heaven. It was perfect for what I was looking for -quiet and relaxing, but convenient to nice restaurants and the entertainment opportunities of Gatlinburg. Inside it is nicely decorated with a style that fits the "Bearway" theme. The furniture is not your typical "uncomfortable" rental cabin variety, but is comfortable and spacious. I slept soundly on the comfortable queen size bed in the master bedroom. The setting is private and relaxing. The only sounds you hear are those of birds and other critters. My favorite activity was sitting on the front porch reading God's Word and enjoying the stillness and beauty of His creation. When I arrived it was thoroughly cleaned and prepared. I highly recommend Bearway to Heaven to anyone who wants to vacation in the mountains. It was everything I needed and more!

My wife and I have spent many vacations in Gatlinburg the last 42 years, and we both agree this was by far the most restful, enjoyable vacation we have spent there. You could spend all your time at the cabin and your vacation would be complete. We can't wait to go back on each of the changing seasons.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your cabin. It is so beautiful! Loved every minute that we spent here. So comfortable and felt like home. On our third morning here, we were awakened by the "gobble, gobble" of the local wild turkeys right outside the downstairs bedroom window. Didn't know that they could be so loud and they really do say "gobble, gobble"! Thanks again,we hope we have an opportunity to come back soon!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bearway to Heaven. It was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 children. We enjoyed sitting on the front pourch and looking for bears. The kids really liked the enclosed pourch on the back. They loved looking in the woods for wild life. I loved how well the house was stocked. The kitchen had everything we need to make our stay easy and comfortable. It was so easy to find the cabin and so close to town. We will be returning next year. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful cabin with us.

This place was so charming. It was relaxing to finally have a family get away. Being at the end of the road with nothing but the woods to surround you was awesome. I am so thankful for the time that we were able to spend at Bearway to Heaven. Seeing the mama bear and her 2 cubs was the highlight of the trip!!

Bearway to Heaven was an excellent mini vacation spot. The cabin was close to town, yet very quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the morning and evening wild turkey visits. We've stayed in many cabins in Gatlinburg and this is by far the BEST! It's great to actually talk with the owners and know that they care about your stay and their cabin. Looking forward to returning to Bearway to Heaven!

We loved our stay at Bearway to Heaven!! It was perfect! The website description was everything it said it would be and more. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could need, extremely clean, and minutes from everything. It is in the perfect location. We loved the hot tub. We even saw a bear and lots of turkeys. The pictures don't do this cabin justice!! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful cabin. We really enjoyed our time here. Everything was just perfect. Would love to come and stay again. The kids loved the pool table and all of the games. My parents loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony rocking chairs. Wish we could have seen a bear but I guess you better be careful what you wish for.

very well maintained and spotless. It has so many nice amenities. We loved the owner's manual with all the restaurants, maps, and information about the smokies. Convenient location, both to the park and gatlinburg. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin. I'll come back again!

Very much enjoyed our stay over New Years weekend. The cabin is absolutely perfect; I still cannot believe I found a place that I enjoyed staying at this much. Very few (maybe none) owners would go to the trouble of making sure everything is so well maintained and you are completely satisfied. We look forward to returning this summer

I loved this cabin the owners were amazing even talked to me on Christmas....just because i had a question..This was the first time i ever saw snow and the cabin and its location were more perfect than the reviews and pictures all together!!!Decorations for Christmas made us feel we were at home(my kids unwrapped the fake boxes sorry Vicky)the turkeys and bears and deer all outside the cabin!!A vacation me and my family will never forget!!!!

This was the second time we have been to the cabin, the first with our family. All was great, especially the quality of the cleanliness of the unit. Had no problem with TV and the hot tub was a welcome respite from the cold. We have stayed in other properties and we loved the privary of the area. We will be back.

Beautiful, secluded cabin that we would love to stay at again and again. So well cleaned and maintained... everything about the home was perfect. Vicki gave us great directions and called to make sure we had arrived safely. Overall a wonderful experience.

As our first family trip,it was perfect!! The cabin was lovely and the kids got to see bears before the car was unpacked!! The bonus was the last night we were there, one was sitting outside the door looking in the cabin when my husband was going to go out!! Good thing the blinds weren't down!! We plan on coming back without kids and bringing friends next time!! THANK YOU!!The kids had a great time as did we!!

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay a nice one. The cabin is beautiful and the cleanest one I have ever stayed at.

We loved our stay and would definitely like to come back! Glenn and Vickie were extremely gracious. The cabin is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and in a great location. We loved the seclusion that was provided by being at the end of the road. (Driving up/down that hill without chains in snow or ice would definitely be an adventure! lol). Even though I've been coming to the Smokies for 40+ years, I didn't know about all of the bypasses, so the maps and suggestions for ways to avoid the Gatlinburg traffic were very helpful, as was other information in the guest book. A bear even came by the cabin for a visit one morning, which was exciting for all of us, especially our boys (3 & 6 yrs.)! A trip to the Smokies just isn't complete without seeing a bear! The name may be a little corny ;-) , but Bearway to Heaven was the perfect setting for our vacation in the Smokies!

A wonderful place. Very clean and quiet.The perfect place to relax and not be bothered by anyone. The screen on the back porch is a fantastic idea. When we come back we would probably stay at the same place.

We loved "Bearway to Heaven"! It was great place to stay for our family of five. The location was perfect! It was close to everything. The screened porch was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the porch swing. It had Internet access which was a plus! We got to see a bear and some turkey. I have to say seeing the bear was the highlight of our trip!! The owners of the cabin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!!

The cabin was perfect. It was very clean. It had everything we needed. We felt safe and secure, and were content to stay in the cabin and relax. It felt like home! The owners made sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place. We went without kids this time, but the cabin is full of games, cd's and books. We will be taking the kids next time!

We loved the cabin. So cute and cozy and the cleanest place i have ever stayed which is very important. The location could not have been any better. Within a few minutes from everything. We will definately return

Bearway to Heaven was the perfect cabin for our 2 families! It had everything you could ever need and more! The hot tub was relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was overly stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and more. We will most certainly be back!

Bearway to Heaven exceeded our expectations in every way! Clean, beautifully decorated, and very secluded and private. Quick, easy access to downtown Gatlinburg as well as the National Park. We will DEFINITELY be back! The Preheim Family Nashville, TN
