Why the Owner Chose Montreal
A year ago, I acquired a semi-commercial property in eastern downtown Montreal and set out to create this unique vacation rental complex known as Inn Between, integrating some of the best elements found in boutique hotels, B&Bs, and vacation homes.
The inn was named to reflect the exceptional geographic location on the eastern border of downtown Montreal and Latin quarter, southern border of the hip Plateau district, northern border of the village, and it"s close proximity to old Montreal and Chinatown.
The Unique Benefits at this Lounge-Apartment with Terrace
Following international travel trends, I chose to focus on space, comfort and style. The property has six apartments on the second and third floors, as well as two restaurants at street level. The central apartment is the lobby, and the apartment adjacent to the lobby is where you'll find the owner's residence.
Four units are available for our guests enjoyment. Each pair feature a mirror-door which may be unlocked to combine living spaces and all of the apartments can communicate with each other via the large terraces behind the complex. By connecting all the apartments together with the large terraces in back, and allowing access between the apartments interior, we have succeeded in recreating the atmosphere of a welcoming and charming home.
Inn Between retains the spirit of an intimate B&B since the central unit is the lobby and a common area for all guests to enjoy, with the owners apartment next door. However, you aren't renting a room or suite but an entire apartment with it's own private entrance and fully equipped with all the latest modern amenities.
