This newly renovated, 1,200 square foot, top-floor corner unit villa has new hardwood floors (except bedrooms), blinds, sleeper sofa, stainless steel kitchen appliances and bedding. It is located on the 4th floor of bldg #1 near the outdoor pool, deli, convenience store, internet cafe and private boardwalk to the beach. The resort is a 24 hour gated community central to shopping, restaurants, bike paths, movie theaters and golf. It is located adjacent to Palmetto Dunes which houses the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Golf Course!
There are two outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool (with kiddie pool, hot tub and sauna), indoor jogging track, six lighted tennis courts, volleyball (at the beach), coin-operated laundry on each floor, elevators and free parking.
The master bedroom has a pillow-top queen-sized bed, stand-up shower and a separate jetted tub for romantic couples. 2nd BR has a queen-size bed and 3rd BR has two twin beds. The den has a pull-out sofa bed. All bedrooms have new ceiling fans. The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 unless you bring a blow-up mattress. Wi-fi is available for a nominal fee by the day, week or month.
The TV in the den is equipped with a DVD and has cable access. Dining table seats four and adjoining kitchen seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. All you need to bring is the food.
Walk to the pristine, private beach via the private boardwalk over the beautiful salt-water marsh filled with wildlife, birds and exotic creatures. Just before the beach lies Coco's, our private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms.
There is no better value for vacations on Hilton Head!

Everything that Jeff and the ad promised was realized on our trip. The room was clean, and comfortable. We had an awesome view and the hot tub was relaxing. There was room for all six of us to feel more than comfortable. While there, we went to the beach by shuttle, had lunch at the cabana, then returned to head to the hot tub. Then men enjoyed the sauna. The room location was central to every attraction at the resort. It was a much needed vacation for us all. Jeff makes booking effortless and swift. He returned every one of my emails promptly and courteously. We will ALWAYS seek him whenever we visit the island again. Thanks Jeff, and God bless you.

Jeff, owner of the condo, was very helpful during my search for a condo rental at Hilton Head. My family really enjoyed our time at the condo and resort. The condo was clean and very close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. The resort has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely come back in the future!!!

Had a lovely time with family! The condo was located right off the beach and was in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The condo was nice and clean. The only downside was no wifi connection in the condo.

Just wanted to let you know we had a great time this weekend in Hilton Head. Your condo is great and very nicely decorated. The hot tub was a hit! There was plenty of room, and the beds were oh so comfortable. And we loved the bright colors on the walls. We will definitely be back again next summer. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo was adorable and was very clean. The owner has updated and equipped it well. It is located at the end of the hallway making it more private. The beach was a short walk away. There is a shuttle that will ride you there if you need it. The beaches are very nice and the kids really enjoyed having lunch at COCOs on the beach. The pools are nice and clean. Be sure to check out the indoor pool also. This was our first time to Hilton Head and we really had a good time. I would definately recommend this condo to anyone coming to Hilton Head Island.
