Rockaway Beach has seven miles of beautiful, clean beach, right in front of the duplex. Walk to the small, quiet town, with its restaurants, gift shops, arcade, and library. This is a newer duplex, with excellent beds (2 Kings and 2 sets of bunks in each side.) Kitchens have tile flooring, and are fully equipped with everything you need. For larger groups, an adjoining inside door between the sides allows for the use of 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths, with beds for 16 people.

Fabulous house - what a view!

We spent the month of February at this house. It was fabulous! It is hard to photograph the view - the house is on the beach and we could have just sat looking out the window for hours. There are lots of things to do, however. The home was spotless, beds comfy, and the kitchen well-equipped. There even were kites and sand toys available. In the winter, it was especially nice having individual room themostats. We walked the 6.5 mile long beach nearly everyday and loved being able to walk down to the market. We love to hike and found the trails at Oswald West State Park and Cape Meares great. We also enjoyed visiting the Tillamook Cheese Factory and Air Museum. Don't miss breakfast or lunch at Wanda's and dinner at Pirate's Cove.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
