Wonderful view of the main channel at the 24.5 m.m., Bay Point Village Condominium, 5 minutes away from Hwy. 54 Expressway, on K K highway in Osage Beach.
This is a quiet family condo, overlooking the active main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks. One mile from Tan-Tar-A and all their amenities such as golf, water park and horseback riding. You have a spectacular view of boating, water sports and parasailing. The area has numerous restaurants and a fabulous outlet mall, boat/jet ski rentals, mini golf, arcades and go-carts. There is something for all ages.
This condo is beautifully decorated with a spectacular view. It features a deck with a bar overlooking the lake. Microwave & refrigerator with filtered water and ice through the door. Kitchen is fully furnished. Food staples, condiments, and coffee is included. Paper products, linens, towels, iron, and hair dryer are furnished. This unit has a washer and dryer including laundry supplies for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a beautiful view, TV, and a walk-out to the deck. It has a private bath and dressing room/closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed w/TV. Sofa in living room can sleep two additional persons or Airbed is available.
Easy access with only seven steps to this third floor condo in a four story complex. Ample parking next to a beautiful wooded park, picnic area and playground, tennis court, basketball court. Enjoy fishing from the sea wall or docks or swim in your choice of two swimming pools, plus a kiddie pool. Cook out on the gas grill while watching the boat traffic, setting at the bar on the screened in porch. No bugs!

Just spent last weekend at your condo (girl's shopping trip) and we were impressed with your condo! It had everything we needed plus a lot of extras that made this stay enjoyable. The condo was very clean and well stocked, close to the outlet mall, and we had a great time. Thanks so much, and we will probably be back in the spring.Recommended for: Girls getaway.

The condo was very nice, clean, well supplied and had a homey feeling. We enjoyed it very much and would rent it again. It was as presented in the ad. The owner was very helpful, provided the information needed and followed-up with a letter after the stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed at this condo June 20-24, 2010. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is spectacular and Janice was super nice and they had furnished the condo with more than we could ever ask for. We only had to buy a minimal amount of food for our stay. The pool was amazing! We just loved the place and hope to visit again in the near future. Thanks Janice!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

Wow, what an amazing condo! As soon as we walked in, we knew we had rented the right condo. Not only was the price right, but the amenities were excellent. We took a bunch of condiments, spices, etc. to make meals. No need...they had all of that there. The view outside the master bedroom is incredible. It's like you're on the water. We also appreciated the screened in porch - to keep the bugs out. It was probably the most restful vacation we have taken and I've already told three friends today about our stay.
