4 story 4355 square foot home features 5 bedrooms plus bunkroom bedrooms, 3 Baths, complete hot & cold outside shower, sleeps 11 -14. There are two roll-a-ways and a queen air mattress for the comfort of single sleepers. Two Queen-size beds in two bedrooms on second floor. Bunkroom has single over full bunkbed. One Full size bed in small bedroom on first floor. Third floor large master suite, with sitting area, king size bed. Five-foot by six-foot shower with double shower heads and Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Handpainted tropical window by local artist over jacuzzi tub.
Large observation deck with hot tub on 4th floor roof overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico as well as expansive views from Destin to Panama City, golf course to the east and miles and miles of state forests with hiking trails to the north. Decks on all floors. The sunsets overlooking the Gulf are incredible. Firework displays are enjoyed from the roof top deck. Best seat in the county for the numerous firework displays throughout the year.
150 yard (one minute) walk to the dedicated beach walkover of our sugar sand beach. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys and ice chests available for your convenience. Great outside cooking area with large double gas & charcoal grill. Private hot and cold outside shower. House is fully-equipped for a hassle free vacation. Don't hesitate to make special requests.

We had a wonderful time, the house is very close to the beach (although those stairs up can be tiring :)). We visited nearby seaside and rosemary beach just a short drive to many wonderful locations and conveniences. The hot tub was wonderful - we spent a lot of time in there. And the double headed shower - well lets just say we still miss that and are wondering if we can get one for our house. We would definately use this house again in the future. We enjoyed our vacation here very much. The house is roomy and comfortable and within biking distance of Rosemary/Alyce Beach. It's just a short walk to the beach and the hot tub was great. Had just a few problems but Betty worked with us. I would recommend eating at la Crema or Wild Olive in Rosemary Beach. George's in Alyce Beach was also very good. And the Doughnut truck was great for breakfast! I would stay here again or recommend to a friend.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Our stay for Spring Break at this wonderful Seaside house was absolutely amazing. Betty is wonderful an we couldn't of asked for more from a home owner. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the area. This house offers tons of room for a lot of people and activities. The 4 stories offers plenty of privacy if you are splitting up the group. A quicka and easy drive to Panama City or Destin as well. The hot tub on the top deck overlooking the ocean is the best feature of this house and we utilized it nightly. I cannot wait to take another vacation at this house again next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We rented this house for my birthday and had 3 other couples join us. This house worked perfectly for our needs. Short walk to the beach and short bike ride to nice spots like the donut truck. Short drive into Seaside as well. October was the perfect time to be there as the weather wan't too hot and the beaches weren't crowded at all. The house had pretty much everything we needed. We had a few small issues come up with the house, but Betty was super friendly and responsive and was able to work with us. Would recommend this house to anyone.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We recently stayed at the Palm Cove house and it was everything that was advertised. It slept 10 people comfortably, is within easy walking distance to the Gulf, and the house had all of the amenities that we needed for the weekend. The owner was very responsive to my queries and was very easy to work with. We made full use of the kitchen, BBQ, and living room areas. The house was very clean upon arrival and the air conditioner worked well to keep us all cool and comfortable. The only thing that could have been improved would be the rooftop hot tub - we couldn't get it to heat up, so it probably needs to be serviced. Then again, it was 88 degrees and humid, so we didn't really need it. Not a big deal. Bottom line: I recommend staying at Palm Cove. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

The owner was promt in answering questions before and during our stay. The house was in good shape w/numerous amenities. great location. The only down side was that, in my opinion, it sleeps 9 comfortably. Two bedrooms were extremely small and did not allow room for an open suitcase. The gathering space was difficult w/12 of us; 5 had chair/couch and the rest of us sat on the floor. Fruit trees were beautiful.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My husband and I along with my daughter, son-in-law, son, daughter-in- law and 2 grandchildren ages 2 & 7 stayed in Betty's home the week of July 4. The description of the home was perfect! Everything that is listed was available. My grandson said it was a mansion! We watched fireworks from the 4th floor. We have rented several homes and this is the nicest so far! Betty answered promptly when I called or emailed. There is 2 bedrooms that we didn't use! I would recommend this property to families wanting a quiet, peaceful time at the beach! We didn't eat out a lot because we cooked.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

About the owner: Hi, we would like to introduce ourselves- Herb, 75, retired pilot (Air Force,Pan American and United Airlines and Netjets Aviation. He is also a percussionist and plays regularly in a number of bands. Herb is from Charleston, MS. Received his BA from the Unversity of MS. Betty, 74, grew up in Batesville, MS and attended Draughn's Business College in Memphis, TN. She also studied real estate at Richland College in Dallas, TX. She is a Real Estate Manager, managing our long term rentals in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex and our vacation home. Palm Cove in Seacrest Beach, FL. She loves to garden, bike, read and be with her family and grandchildren. We have three married children, five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Why the Owner Chose Seaside:
We purchashed Palm Cove in May, 2005 to be near our son and his family in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We loved the quiet community, private beach access, close to all of the Seaside activities and other communities, the bike paths and numerous, fabulous restaurants.

There is nothing more unique than sitting in the hot tub on the fourth floor Sun and Observation Deck, listening to the ocean sounds, smelling the wonderful sea air and watching the fabulous sunsets.
