4 story 4355 square foot home features 4 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 Baths, complete hot & cold outside shower, sleeps 12-15. Two Queen-size beds in two bedrooms on second floor. One with fold out futon. Bunkroom has single over full bunkbed. One Full size bed in small bedroom on first floor. Third floor large master suite, with sitting area, (sette can be made into bed for small child), king size bed. Five-foot by six-foot shower with double shower heads and Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom. Handpainted tropical window by local artist over jacuzzi tub.
Large observation deck with hot tub on 4th floor roof overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico as well as expansive views from Destin to Panama City, golf course to the east and miles and miles of state forests with hiking trails to the north. Decks on all floors. The sunsets overlooking the Gulf are incredible. Firework displays are enjoyed from the roof top deck. Best seat in the county for the numerous firework displays throughout the year.
150 yard (one minute) walk to the dedicated beach walkover of our sugar sand beach. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, toys and ice chests available for your convenience. Why the Owner Chose Seaside
We purchashed Palm Cove in May, 2005 to be near our son and his family in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We loved the quiet community, private beach access, close to all of the Seaside activities and other communities, the bike paths and numberous, fabulous restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There is nothing more unique than sitting in the hot tub on the fourth floor Sun and Observation Deck, listening to the ocean sounds, smelling the wonderful sea air and watching the fabulous sunsets.

Hi, we would like to introdude ourselves- Herb, 73, retired pilot (Air Force,Pan American and United Airlines), now flying for Netjets Aviation. He is also a percussionist and plays regularly in a number of bands. Betty, 72, is a Real Estate Manager. She manages our long term rentals in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex and our two vacation properties, Palm Cove in Seacrest Beach, FL and Alpen Sicht in Silverthorne, CO. She loves to garden and be with her family and grandchildren. We have three married children, five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

We had a wonderful time, the house is very close to the beach (although those stairs up can be tiring :)). We visited nearby seaside and rosemary beach just a short drive to many wonderful locations and conveniences. The hot tub was wonderful - we spent a lot of time in there. And the double headed shower - well lets just say we still miss that and are wondering if we can get one for our house. We would definately use this house again in the future. Very very happy.

We have rented many homes thru out the gulf region and this home was by far the best and most accomodating yet! We gathered at this home for a mini family reunion and the space was great for keeping our large group together. We had more than enough space to accommodate our crew! The kitchen was large enough to get everyone involved in meal preparation and the dinning table was perfect for accomodating our entire group as sitting together for meals was an important part of our gathering. The house was equiped with EVERYTHING we needed to include beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. We used the additional ice maker everyday to fill the cooler. The top deck has a gourgous view and was great for late night star gazing. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the private beach access was great. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We were conveniently located to several grocery stores and shopping. We would diffinately vacation at this home again and would recommend it to anyone needing alot of private sleeping space and ample gathering/eating room. It was a big bonus to be able to include the four legged member of our family. If we could only use one word to describe this home, it would be AWESOME!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a large family. The 4th floor sundeck and hot tub was a big hit with the kids. The area is so nice and you can ride bikes everywhere. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk away.

We had a great time on our vacation. This was a very nice rental house and a very good value. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beach! This area along 30A is very peaceful and away from the major traffic of Panama City Beach or Destin. One helpful hint - Bring your bikes and park your car for the week. This is a great house to relax in built in a great area to relax in.

Betty, We enjoyed the house very much. I think housekeeping needs to do a better job getting the house ready. We did not feel like the towels were clean or some of the beds. Pictures were missing in the Master bedroom. Just nails in the wall. The Master bedroom fridge had wine or something spilt inside of it. The additional carpet on the stairs was somewhat dangerous when it came unnailed. The beach chairs and toys were missing. How sad if someone who stayed there took these items. Just wanted to let you know a few things that needed to be addressed. As far as location, it was excellent. The beach was not crowded and the water was wonderful. The house was large enough for our group of 10. We loved the views from the roof and porches. It was nice to drive to Seaside or some of the other towns, without having to stay there in all the congestion. The house just needs a little TLC, but we loved the location and size. I would reccomend this house to others. After speaking with Betty, I know they are more than willing to take care of any needs you might have, if you are staying there. The price was great compared to other pricing in the area. The house is beautiful and location is great! Thank You Kimberly Ovilla, Texas

We recently stayed at Betty's house near the beach. The house is beutifully furnished, it even has a piano. The kitchen is well supplied has every utensil you could think of. Fabulous house, Betty! I'll be detailed here....first the location. It was out of all the traffic and was in a peaceful part of 30A. The access to the beach was excellent - my 2 year old walked it just fine. All the real estate surrounding is high-end and extremely well maintained. This house has some important things that we enjoyed, little things that mean a lot. It was well stocked with beach "stuff". It had two outdoor showers that kids LOVE, and quite frankly, I loved it too. Very earthy and it reminded me of a time when we stayed in St. Lucia. Coffee maker on the third floor was awesome. The large quantity ice maker thrilled us, and it kept us from having to go to the store for ice. This house is huge, and for the price, can't be beat. Literally four thousand square feet, and the balconies make it feel bigger. The master suite is truly a suite - we put our baby crib in the CLOSET...it's that big. Double head shower ...well, speaks for itself. The 4th floor hot tub is impressive, and we watched all the fireworks from up there. Amazing, really. All 12 of us up there, with views all up and down the coast. This house is well-maintained. It isn't pristine, with as many people as it holds on a regular basis, but it's kid friendly and clean and as well maintained as can be. Attractive beach art and a big screen tv downstairs is a good plus. Couple of thoughts....if you are taking a very elderly person, plan for him or her to stay on the bottom floor. The steps are tiresome. Also, remember that the beach has a steep set of 50 stairs to get to the sand, as is common up and down the panhandle coast from Rosemary on over west. We'd definately rent this house again, and the owners are very nice, accommodating people.
