CASTLE OF THE DUNES
Located on the sand just a few miles north of the charming artist village of Todos Santos. Castillo de las Dunas gazes over a 360 degree view of ocean, beach, headlands and mountains. Watch the sunrise over the Sierra de Laguna Mountains as the day begins, then search for the green flash as the sun slowly sinks into the Pacific while relaxing at the end of the day. The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath castillo is very private, yet only a few minutes away from downtown Todos Santos with its restaurants, galleries and shops.
The uncrowded shore provides beach combing for miles in both directions with La Pastora surf break a pleasant walk to the north. The annual whale migration from November to March, passes so close to the house you can hear the whales breathing just off shore. There is much to do in the area, from fishing to horseback riding to kayaking. Diego, the property manager, is an expert surfer and kayaker with extensive knowledge of local hikes, birds and wildlife. The cities of La Paz and Cabo San Lucas are a little over an hour's drive away. No matter what you enjoy doing, a stay at Castillo de las Dunas, with its views, beauty, and attention to detail, will provide a wonderful experience, that will be long remembered.
