Mary's Place - One of the nicest, luxury, two bedroom, two bath floor plans in all of River Run Village. Less than 100 yard to the Gondola Loading area. The balcony overlooks the ski hill. January discounts!
Fully furnished; bedding for six, kitchenware, balcony, BBQ by pool, ski lockers. Washer and Dryer on the same floor. Both bathrooms have double sinks. Guest bath is easily accessible from the Living Room.
Beautiful views of the Snake River Wetlands, the Ski Hill and the Gondola Base House. Hot Tubs and Pool have the same open views of the mountains and wetlands. Only a short (less than five minutes) walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, outdoor fireplace, grocery, ski/snowboard/bike rental, and walking mall. A-Basin is still open! and easily accessible by free shuttle right out the front door.
Underground heated parking. Very easy access to workout room, pool, hot tubs, and game room. Don't forget Keystones Day Spa and the Dillon Outlet Stores. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Very close to the Gondola and the ski slope, near Denver, A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper. River Run village is only a short walk away, with shops, restaurants, bars, rental shops, a small grocery. Nicely offset from the village night life. Ski all winter, Golf all summer, and hike and bike on your days off. This condo makes it easy to access everything.

Very nice stay for family of four during ski season

This was a great unit, set up well for our family of four for skiing. The beds and furniture were in great shape and were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook, including a crock pot, which was a nice surprise. And the view - awesome! There were a couple of drawbacks, which I mention as an aid to others - I still give this place 4 stars, and if these things don't matter to you, it is a 5 star property.... We had an issue with temperature control in the unit; the living area was too warm for my husband and I due to the (beautiful) gas fireplace pilot, so we watched TV in the master (our kids, chronically cold, loved it). The 2nd bedroom stayed slightly cooler than the living area. However, the master bedroom and bath were cold most of the time - when we adjusted the thermostat to warmer in the unit, the MBR warmed up but other rooms were sweltering to us. We enjoy a cool room when sleeping so the bedroom being cold was fine, but the bathroom was a bit too cold for our taste - the heat lamp near the sinks helped. People who are easily cold might not like this in winter. Another issue was the fitness room. The owners show an accurate picture. However, what we didn't realize was that is the ENTIRE workout room, and the door you see in the back is the access to the hot tub and pool. So, if you are trying to work out on one of the 3 machines or use the free weights provided, people are constantly coming through to check out the pool and 2 hot tubs, so there are physical and mental interruptions. If you won't use the fitness area, this is of no concern. The pool was heated, but not enough for us to use in the winter. The two hot tubs were fine. The pool/spas were very convenient to the unit, as you can walk right out your door, across the hall to the stairs, and down one floor. If you will be arriving after 11PM, don't waste time in the dark trying to find Buffalo Lodge - they will be closed. You must register at "The Inn" (right on Hwy 6 and easier to find than BL, about 2 minutes from the unit - "The Goat" bar is your landmark for Razor drive, and "The Inn" is right next door. Across from "The Inn" is Dos Locos (good food) and Mountain View Sports, which is the BEST place to rent eqt. Great eqt, great prices, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Though lockers were included with the room, we recommend the $5/day ski check at the slopes - the walk is long w/eqt. Nice stay!

We've stayed here twice now, once in the winter and once in the summer. The lay out of this place gives you plenty of room and privacy even when you have it packed with five adults. The main room is made for socializing, open kitchen, dining and living. Great for family and friends to share the space. It gives a nice view of the ski hill in winter and the woods in the summer. Overall the unit is very clean and all the furnishings have a comfortable log-cabin feel. The quality of the kitchen was a real surprise after staying in a lot of other condos with mini kitchenette things. There's actually room to cook. It's a 200-300 foot walk to the gondola now that they've moved it across the river which really saves time in the mornings. Plus you can look out the window and wait till the line goes down. The main village is super close too. The only drawback was during the summer there was some construction going on near by. It was a little annoying but I think it was to move the gondola so that's all taken care of now. Other than that this place really was the perfect condo to relax in and a prime spot to use as a skiing home base.

We stayed at Mary's Place in March of 2010 for spring break skiing. It was a great location for catching the gondola and heading into the village. Literally within walking distance. Also very close to the kids ski and ride school which was great for dropping off and picking up at the end of the day. Condo was well maintained and clean. Fireplace made it very cozy and warm. Perfect for cold snowy days. There were 4 adults and one child and we had plenty of space. The views from the balcony were georgeous! Underground parking was a plus. We're planning on staying there again. Pictures posted accuratley reflect the rental.
