Our Spacious 2BR/2BA is located on the corner of Four O'Clock Road and Park Avenue, just one block from Main Street. Breckenridge is a quaint ski town that has great restaurants, shops, galleries, nightlife and is known for its epic summer and winter outdoor adventure. Park Place Condo is a smoke-free complex and is on the Free Shuttle/Town Trolley stop, which can take you to the ski lifts or to the community Recreation Center. A Ski Rental Shop is directly across the street. Just park at the condo and put your keys away - you won't need to drive! Covered parking is available at no additional charge.
Walk to the Snowflake Ski Lift just 800 feet away and at the end of the day, ski all the way down Four O'Clock Run, cross the street and you're at your building. Relax after a hard day on the slopes in one of the two on-site hot tubs or access to the Upper Village Pool. There is a dome placed over the pool during the winter for year round enjoyment. Explore the shops and enjoy the nightlife on Main Street only one block away.
