We've stayed at this condo for two vacations now. It is beautiful as seen in the pictures. It has always been clean and the staff and owners very helpful. Highly recommend. Close walk to the beach and the pool is right out back. Plus the sundries is about 20-yards across the parking lot. Hope to visit again this year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

The condo was exactly furnished as on the photos. But we did have one issue with the condo which was not cleaned at all. My toddler's feet and knees turned black. I had to clean the floors myself several times in order to have my son walk in the condo. But I was on vacation and paid the cleaning fee but the condo was not cleaned. Moreover, I had to purchase the cleaning supplies and clean the condo's floors by myself, and not the cleaning service which was supposed to do that. I did contact Linda about it and received an apology about it, but no refunds for the cleaning fee.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners.

Great price and great location! The place looked just like the photos and it was plenty of room for me, my husband, 3 year old child and mother in law. We will def. be staying her again. Also pet friendly!

When renting the unit I asked specifically if the unit we were getting was the same as the photos with with marble floors and Mona Lisa photo. I was assured by Linda (owner's assistant) that all their units were "exactly the same". This was FAR from the truth. When we arrived, we were shocked to find the unit had severely damaged, unclean, stained carpet throughout. The carpet was so dirty it turned our feet black. Our 3 yr old toddler has severe allergies and started coughing right away. The place was dusty, hair in the shower, and no blinds as pictured so when you opened the curtain a little to get some light everyone could see right in (the unit is about 3 steps from the pool). Was also told there would be toilet paper, paper towels, and extra linens, which was not true. The mattress was in terrible shape and sunk to the middle of the bed. When calling right away to complain to the owner we were told by Linda that it was Saturday and someone would be there to clean on Monday. That never happened. We contacted the owner directly and got little response but "he knew the carpet was in bad condition and he would give us a discount" We called them back 5 more times and emailed twice over the next few weeks with no return call or email. Our parents rented the studio unit across the hall and it was in even worse condition. They left right away and also called/emailed to complain with no response. We travel a lot with my husband's job and this has never happened. DO NOT rent from these owners as you will get "bait and switched" You are better off staying at Motel 6 than this dirty, depressing unit.

We had the best vacation ever! This is a beautiful condo and very affordable. The pool right outside the door was wonderful for my 2 boys. Everything was very nice the pictures do not tell how nice this place was and very clean. We will be back!
