It is a prime location with access to all waterways within seconds. It shares a peninsula with only one other home with nearly 220 feet of dockage. Located within a private, residential area we do not have the typical tourism concentrated property offering a quiet getaway for those of us who are constant workaholics and seek peace and quiet. The canal itself is a great spot for kayaking, snorkeling, fishing or just simply breathing in the ocean air.
