My husband and I just returned from our stay at the Sea Side Studio. The owner Melissa is amazing. She has the listing description spot on . The location could not be better. Right on the property of Secret Harbour. The room is set up beautifully. It has everything you could want or need. Don't waste space packing your snorkeling equipment or beach towels. She has ample equipment as well as beach bags, coolers, ice packs, and chairs for the beach. There is a full kitchen in the studio. You might want to check and see what is there before heading to the market. Melissa is a wonderful host. She is available to help you plan any activities. There is a binder she has put together with helpful information to some of the nearby activities and attractions. There is a very nice beach bar and restaurant within a 2 minute walk of the Studio. We ate there a couple of times and the food was excellent. We were very happy with our stay and can't wait to come back.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at seaside villa on secret harbor in st Thomas. The villa was spotless, well appointed and ideally located. we loved the deck overlooking the harbor. we had breakfast out there every morning. The beach at secret harbor was lovely as well and had a nice rwaterfront restaurant which was open but undergoing renovations. Food was good but somewhat pricey. Melissa our hostess was very attentive to any of our needs. the villa also included snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs and more. Overall awesome time. will definitely go back to seaside villa. It was exactly what we wanted/needed for our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed though we cooked not a single meal (too many good restaurants). The little extras in the bathroom were thoughtful and handy, the view is great and Melissa is a great hostess. We will definitely be back!

Loved the accommodations! You are totally private as you have our own entrance as it’s a separate unit. if you do not have a car it’s easy to get taxis as you are on the property of Secret Harbor Resort. That is also good as you can use their beach (as all beaches are public in St Thomas) They also have a restaurant and dive shop so the perfect hook up but less expense than staying there! The apt is very cute and charming. The patio/balcony gives you pretty view of the ocean great for early morning coffee or evening drinks! The bathroom is stocked with all the amenities of a hotel so no need to bring hairdryer shampoo etc. Melissa is a doll and is very knowledgeable about where the grocery is etc. She was so gracious one night that she gave me an my partner a lift to a restaurant and we all actually had dinner together! So much fun! That was our choice as she leave leaves guests alone, we just befriended her! We will be back as it’s our favorite spot in the whole world! We highly reccomend it!

This is my second time staying, just as clean and well appointed as before. Weather was in the upper 80's. Deck is fabulous for sitting out and eating breakfast with a view of the harbour or watching the sunset. Thanks Melissa for making me feel so comfortable. I'll be back :-)

Great place, easy access to the beach, very cute and clean. Wonderful to have beach towels with a carrying bag, chairs, snorkeling gear and a cooler with blue ice packs available. Nice flat screen TV, even popcorn in the cupboard for movies! Table and chairs outside with a great view. There is a waterfront restaurant and bar within walking distance and right on the beach. If you want to go into Red Hook it's about 2 miles with taxis available. Melissa was fabulous, checked on us each morning to see if we needed anything or had questions. Plan to return every year as long as our son lives in Red Hook. Great place for a couple.

My daughter and I stayed at Sea Side Studio for eight days in January 2011. It was one of the highlights of a fantastic vacation. Melissa is the perfect hostess. The studio has snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, bathrobes, dishes, great bath towels and many other ammenities at the studio for your use. The studio was spotlessly clean and its closeness to Secret Harbor (right across the parking lot) was great for the beach and Blue Moon restaurant and taxi service. We can't thank Melissa enough for her hospitality and for making our trip so wonderful. I would highly recommend Sea Side Studio to any group of two interested in the beach and this area - so close to Red Hook and the ferry too! Our family's opinion about renting a car - I have read a lot about the need for a car rental, but we've stayed on STT's East End several times and have never rented a car. We usually have a small group and spend most of our time close to the beach. The Secret Harbor area has most of the things we need close at hand - even itch medicine! We usually go to Red Hook once a day ($5/person). Taxi to/from the airport is about $20/person. We use the safari taxi to go to town once during the week ($2/person) and enjoy the ride and passengers. We go to a far-away restaurant/beach for an occasional taxi. We love the convenience of the taxi, the friendliness of the drivers, and even occasionally meeting new fellow-tourists in a taxi. We figure our taxi costs are probably not higher than renting a car and the stress of driving on the left, finding parking places, etc. is not worth the effort of renting a car. This is just our opinion, but it seems that there is always a lot of advice about the need for a car, and I thought I would just mention that taxis are a good option for a smaller group who is not going to be out exploring every day.

Thanks Melissa for one of the best vacations ever! My daughter, Brea, and I had so much fun and the studio was the best! Everything we needed was right at our finger tips! The location of the studio was perfect; 2 minutes from the East End excitement and a hop and a skip walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches ever! We'll be back!!!!!

What an amazing 5 nights! Melissa's studio was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The studio had plenty of towels and had everything we possibly needed. I loved the privacy and view of Secret Harbor. Thank you for everything Melissa! We hope to return soon.
