Our Saddlebrooke home is located a few minutes walk to Saddlebrooke Clubhouse with restaurants, golf course, driving range, and pro shop. Also in this area is a fitness club, lap pool, recreational pool, and hot tub. Adjacent are tennis and bocce courts.
Saddlebrooke has 3 outstanding golf courses, multiple tennis courts, and a craft area that provides the tools necessary for your projects. There are 2 fitness centers with state of the art equipment and lap pools. Personal trainers and numerous classes are available at an extra charge as is golf. There are also 2 libraries with many selections available, plus some videos. Bridge, card clubs, literary and publishing groups--there are more activities than time to do all of them. Of course, there is just great relaxing in the never ending sunny days.
Our home has a large master bedroom and bath with dual sinks, large shower stall and walk-in closet. The second bedroom serves as a nice reading or tv room with queen sofa sleeper. A second full bath serves this area. There is a separate den and laundry room. The great room is spacious with flat screen cable tv, formal dining and breakfast bar. Our covered patio with ceiling fan and audio speakers is very private with a landscaped area directly behind.
