  This was our second year staying at the Turtle Beach House. There were nine of us with ages ranging from 19-81. There is something for every age. My parents loved taking walks, just sitting drinking coffee and enjoying the unbelievable view out back. We all loved the pool and spa. My husband I enjoyed taking walks around Palmetto Dunes and the beach or just sitting at the beach and listening to the waves crash on the shore. The view outback changed all day long as the position of the sun changed. It is so beautiful and relaxing. I could get up to that view every morning of my life!! My sister and her husband came with us for the first time and could not believe how wonderful the house and view were. They absolutely loved everything about it!!! Our last day there we saw a baby alligator in the lagoon!! That was the icing on the cake of another wonderful vacation at the Turtle Beach House! We will be back!! I would recommend this house to anyone. Besides being beautiful, it is well maintained and extremely clean. The photos can't even begin to show the awesome view out back. Rosina is always there to answer questions and help in anyway needed. She is a pleasure to work with.

  This was our third year at the Turtle Beach House over spring break and we have already reserved it again for next year. As we have come to expect, everything about the house was perfect and we had a wonderful and relaxing week on Hilton Head including day trips to Beaufort and Savannah. The Novak's home is always spotless, excellently maintained and very well furnished. The house layout is perfect for a large family or group of friends and the privacy and view from the deck/pool is unmatched. A beverage of your choice and a good book (iPad or paper) and you can spend a quiet afternoon on the deck with just the sounds of the birds and the pool waterfall - the toughest decision of the day being what to put on the outdoor grill for dinner. The house is in easy walking distance to the beach if you are inclined to early morning stolls and of course there's golf, tennis and tons of bike trails within the Palmetto Dunes community. We had a great time this year (again) and are already looking forward to our return in 2014.

  We just returned from a nine day vacation to this beautiful home on Hilton Head Island. The home was even better than the pictures on the web site with everything we could possibly need for our family of 10. The house was well equipped for the children right down to a portable crib and high chair. The pool and hot tub were very warm and we went swimming even when the outside temperature was only 40 degrees. It was just a short drive to several historical sites and a short walk to the ocean. My son caught a few fish in the lake and we saw several turtles that came right up to the dock when they saw us. The house is within a very pretty neighborhood setting with many paths to walk or bike on. The owner was very easy to work with and so good at providing information on the area and things to do with the kids. We had such a pleasant experience here and would love to return next year. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area of Hilton Head. We will have some great memories of our time here. Carla from Minnesota

  My family and I (4 adults, 3 children and a baby) stayed at this home over Thanksgiving week, and we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. It has virtually every amenity you could ask for, including a kitchen with every kitchen utensil and appliance you could imagine. The appliances are all brand new and in perfect condition. The home was fully stocked for everything you could want to make a Thanksgiving dinner, too, which we did. The layout is perfect for multiple families; there are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs as well as a separate living area upstairs as well for those who want a break from all of the action. The primary living area and kitchen are open plan so it's easy to socialize and watch your children playing inside or outside at the pool area. The home also has a number of items for babies which made our lives much easier (pack 'n play, exersaucer, baby bathtub, high chairs, etc. . .) The home is on a beautiful and very peaceful lake that is approximately 8 minutes walk from the beach. There's really no need to be on the beach when you have the view that this home does as well as the gorgeous pool and hot tub. Finally, the owners are incredibly responsive and helpful. Whether it's a question about the home or the area, they always responded promptly and were wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in visiting Hilton Head and we plan to book future vacations here ourselves.

  This house is stunning,everything we had hoped for and more.Spacious,bright,well maintained........Beautiful. Stunning views from every room in the house. We had a great family vacation with our two adult daughters and my daughter's fiance.We found that this house and location had it all, wether you were looking to swim,tan hot tub or just sit on the deck with a drink and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake and the wildlife in your back yard. The walk to the beach is short and very pretty,and when we saw the beach and ocean WOW BEAUTIFUL! just miles and miles of heaven. We all had a blast from, shopping, zip lining, golfing, dolphin cruise,or going out for the night for cocktails at the Frosty Frog.We can't thank the Novack family enough for sharing their beautiful home with us.Thank you Rosnia for all of your help in making this such a great experience.   Turtle Beach House is truly a "slice of heaven on earth." My family (husband and four adult "kids") spent a week at Turtle Beach House and it was everything promised ... and more. The house is incredibly spacious, well maintained and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The common areas are awesome!! We had a wonderful time "hanging out" in the living room just talking, and tons of fun playing games in the media room upstairs. Coming back for a dip in the pool or spa at the end of a busy day was a real treat! Rosina was very responsive to all my pre-trip questions, and when I had to call her with a question while we were on vacation, she returned my call immediately. As first-time renters on this website, we could not have asked for a better experience or a more pleasant homeowner with whom to work. The six of us loved EVERYTHING about this beautiful home and truly considered it a privilege to rent it for a week. We felt very much at home. One of our favorite "activities" was simply sitting on the deck drinking our morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail, listening to the "waterfall" in the pool and watching the birds flying overhead. Thank you, Novak family, for a truly memorable week!! I hope some day we can once again spend a week in your beautiful home.

  We had another wonderful vacation at the beautiful Novak home. Again - the home was immaculately clean and the weather was outstanding. The house is so welcoming and comfortable. It is open and airy and you get such a wonderful relaxing feeling as soon as you walk in. Again - I cannot impress on you how clean and well taken care of it is. The decor is just what you would want for a beach get away. We immediately leave all our troubles at the door and start to relax. Each time we go we seem to have a very special occasion to celebrate. This summer our son was married at the beach. It was spectacular. Before the ceremony, their photographer took pictures at the back of the house of our family. After the ceremony, the bridal party came back to the house to take more pictures. That says something about how gorgeous the location is. The view is so wonderful to wake up to each morning. The sun comes through all the windows and you immediately know you are on vacation. We had two elderly ladies with us on this trip and each one was extremely impressed with the kitchen. They kept commenting on how clean everything was and how nice all the appliances were and how the kitchen had everything and anything that someone would need to cook with and entertain. That was quite a compliment coming from these two lovely ladies!! Everyone loved the pool, especially our grandchildren. It is always well maintained and exceptionally clean. We love this home away from home. As a matter of fact, my brother and his wife came for the wedding and stayed with us at the house and they both loved it so much they ended up renting the week after us for the next summer. Once you go - you will continue to go each year - it definitely becomes habit forming!

  This house was spectacular! It was very clean, neatly organized, and the layout was perfect. The pool and pond area provided fun entertainment for everyone in our bunch (ages 6 to adult). The turtles were so fun to watch. We enjoyed the pool toys that were there for us and we used the beach wagon as well. This was a wonderful home. Thanks for sharing your house with us.   We had a wonderful time at your vacation home! It was breathtaking as soon as we opened the front door. The view from the back of the house is amazing! The children loved swimming and we stayed by the pool for the first 3 days! The children loved the media room and played the Wii many evenings. The house was very clean upon arrival. It was so nice having linens and towels provided. The kitchen was very well appointed and everything you could possibly need was either in a drawer or the cabinets. The crock pot was even used while we were there! Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful area that none of us had ever stayed in previously. The walk from the house to the beach was maybe 8 minutes and very relaxing. Thanks for allowing us to stay at the Turtle House. Both families enjoyed it very much and said it would definitely be a place that we'd love to return!

  We had a fantastic time at the Turtle Beach house! The home was very well appointed and clean- it had absolutley everything you could need in a home. The kitchen was fantastic as well as the pool. Our kids loved seeing the turtles out by the dock. The home is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. We will definitely return on our next visit to HHI. Thanks so much to the owners!
