Nicely decorated small condo. Great location, within walking distance to everything. I wouldn't recommend for 2 couples but for 1 couple and 1-2 children would be OK. Great underground parking garage. If the temp. is over 85 degrees, it can get very, very warm due to all of the glass. The portable air conditioner was a godsend and blocks out noise. The Brasserie L'Ecole on Govt. St. is wonderful as is John's Place on Pandora for breakfast. Greatl and inexpensive.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this 1 bedroom unit. It is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The view is captivating. It is so convenient to walking downtown. The building is very secure and we always felt safe walking to and from. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this unit. Vicki and Bill, thank you so much for hosting us for golf. We had a wonderful time and we thoroughly enjoyed your company. We had a very delightful vacation. Thank you very much.

Thank you again for letting us be the first to use your new condo. It really has a spectacular location. It was wonderful to be able to sit in the sunny living area and watch all the goings on outside. We watched canoe-ers, kayakers, harbor seals, birds of all sorts. We especially liked the gulls wheeling around the end of the building. There were so many excellent restaurants close by we were having difficulty in choosing just one or two. I am sure you will be most successful in your rental endeavors - the apartment was lovely and so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Ed and Jo, Whidbey Island, WA

Fantastic location, we rented the 2 bedroom suite in the same complex as the one bedroom suite, you are overlooking downtown Victoria and the historical Johnson Street Bridge, Canoe Pub & Restaurant right next door, whale watching tours at the doorstep, rent a kayak at the dock in front of the building, walk to downtown.The suite has 2 great bedrooms, nice modern open loaded kitchen, front room with a view and big flat screen TV along with secure underground parking.The check-in was smooth, keys and a quick tour of the building procedure and you’re done. We would certainly recommend the 2 bedroom unit, and the pricing is great!Thanks to Vicki for looking after us!Cheers
