  This was a great vacation for all of us! The Villa was the perfect vacation for our family of 5. Beautiful views (the pictures don't do it justice!), neat, very clean, extremely comfortable, plenty of room, full of modern conveniences (wifi, microwave, cable tv, etc). The golf cart was a major bonus - so easy to get back and forth to the beach/pool. Angela was so helpful with all of our questions and helped us maximize our time by meeting us for key pick up/drop off at our convenience. Not only that but she helped us navigate around the island by suggesting where to grocery shop, etc. She was always a phone call or email away and replied immediately. We visited El Yunque which is so close to the Villa. Luquillo beach was visible from our balcony - we went there twice - it was wonderful! We ventured into the resort restauarants twice (once to Shimas - loved it, the other time to the Tiki Bar - it was OK). We enjoyed the beach club pool and beach tremendously and felt like we had it all to ourselves. We'd definitely go back and highly recommend this property. Anglea was a pleasure to work with and made our vacation a success!

  We had a great time at this condo and surrounding area. The condo was clean and bright and had a fantastic view from the balcony, lovely ocean breezes. Appreciated the washer and dryer and modern kitchen. Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even met us at the airport car rental facility to lead us to the resort. That helped us get our bearings and made for a smoother transition. Supermarket is close by, as are some great restaurants (see reviews of Pasta y Pueblo in Luquillo--fabulous! We ate there twice!). Don't bother with Richie's Restaurant, though. Food and service were subpar. Puerto Rican coffee superb. Rio Mar is perfect location--20 min from the airport, only minutes from the rain forest--great hiking for all ages and abilities. And resort is right on the beach. We didn't go into the hotel except to get restaurant suggestions from the concierge, who was quite helpful. Resort has nice beach, pools. We will visit again--Puerto Rico is a great vacation spot. We'll stay in Angela's condo again when we do. It was perfect for us (2 middle age couples). Only one word of warning--really tough driving back to the airport. Watch the signs CLOSELY!

  My husband, 18year old son and I just spent 5 wonderful nights at this great villa! Everything was just as Angela described - the villa was quite comfortable, very well maintained, with beautiful views. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. There is a grocery store near the resort to stock up on whatever you need, and having a washer/dryer was nice. Although we rented a car, having the golf cart was a huge bonus for getting around the resort. The beach and pools are great (the tiki hut was very fun!). The fitness center is also very nice. The resort restaurants were fairly typical for resorts - just ok food and expensive - but we really loved Estancia. While it was expensive, the food was fabulous! We did find several terrific places to eat outside the resort - Don Pepe and Hacienda Cariballi. The Rain Forest and Old San Juan were wonderful excursions. Angela was most accommodating. She met us at the rental car location and we followed her to the villa. She gave us lots of helpful information and suggestions. I would be very happy to stay in her villa again and I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives!

• Beautiful Villa!

  We stayed in February 2012 at Angela's villa in Cluster 7, the newest completed section in the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. There were six of us, including our three children and my aunt. We all enjoyed the beautiful accommodations with the outstanding views. Everything was a breeze. Angela gave us the option to meet her at the car rental, her business location or the villa to get the keys, and we chose the Enterprise. We rented the car for only one day, dropping it off at Enterprise’s location inside the Wyndham Rio Mar. We basically used it to get from the airport to the resort, as well as to buy groceries for the week. We were thinking of doing another one-day rental to get back to the airport, but we decided to be lazy and used a taxi. The bulk of our time was spent in the pools or at the beach. The kids did enjoy the daily bingo as well. I also went to the golf driving range a couple of times. We rented the golf cart and parked by the back entrance to the Main Pool every day. You would need a car if you wanted to do more sightseeing activities or outside restaurants, but we chose to stay on the resort, and ate breakfast and dinner in the villa just about every day. Our friends, who were staying at the hotel, did have a car, so we took a ride with them one day to get gas for the golf cart. We took 1-2 round trips to the main hotel every day, and half a tank was more than enough. That’s half a golf cart tank by the way. For lunch we packed sandwiches and/or snacks and ate by the pool. Our friends ate the buffet breakfast everyday at Wyndham‘s Marbella every day, and had dinner at either the hotel’s dinner buffet or outside restaurants. We did join them for dinner at Marbella the last night, which cost about 1/3 of all the other food we bought. We did make good use of the villa’s kitchen as well as the washer and dryer. We would definitely recommend this villa for those who wish to enjoy the amenities of the Wyndham Rio Mar. It was great to have all the space and not be confined to a hotel unit. One thing not mentioned in the description is that the parking spot is practically by the front door. It appears that you have to navigate stairs to reach some units. That is indeed a bonus when you have luggage (or elderly people). Angela really cares that all goes well!

  My family and I had a great stay at this villa in Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. We stayed in this Christmas Holidays celebrating my birthday. We had a great, quiet and relaxing time. The kitchen is fully equipped and we can cook in multiple occasions. The villa has panoramic gorgeous views of the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort’s beaches and mountains surrounding Rio Grande City and Luquillo City. We got a great moon view and we could enjoy the Fajardo City’s Lighthouse far away at the horizon. This villa is very close to El Yunque National Rain Forest and the Luquillo City’s Kioscos; a great area to have fun, enjoy your favorite drink and eat puertorrican’s typical fried food. Having the golf car was great to move all around the resort. We enjoyed gambling in the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. Of course, we recommend this villa to families, couples and honeymooners!

  We very much enjoyed our stay. The villa was very clean and had beautiful views from the balcony. The golf cart is a definite must and made for alot of fun and ease. The villa is perfectly located- out of San Juan yet close enough to everything. Angela was great to work with. She was very timely with every interaction and very professional. We definitely recommend Angela and her villa!

  We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Beautiful views and a location that is a very short golf cart ride to the Wyndham Resort. Plenty of local restaurants and shopping nearby. Angela was a pleasure to deal with. Jay-New Jersey 12/2009

  We had a great stay at Riomar at this villa. The owner was very responsive and very professional to deal with. The villa has stunning views of both the waterfront and mountains surrounding Rio Grande. The villa itself was clean, spacious and quiet. Having the golf cart available was a nice extra - just a five minute golf cart ride to the beachfront and hotel. Highly recommended!!!

  My family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. We felt we had all the best things available to us--we used the resort pools, beaches, and restaurants but were also glad to get away from the resort crowds and use our own kitchen and make our own cocktails. The view from the balcony and the golf cart added fun to our stay. The owner is very pleasant, professional, and timely with communication. An A+ experience over all!

  We stayed in this villa in February and loved it! The view is great. Angela is so easy to work with and accommodating. I would recommend renting the golf cart--it is very useful--and many villa's don't have one --good reason to rent here! Enjoy!
