Large heated pool set in gardens and overlooking the bay and private deep-water Marina, with no bridges to the Gulf. Exquisite outdoor tables, lounges, and umbrellas surround the pool deck. This place is beautiful, comfortable, and in perfect condition. The pool is crystal clear, the grounds impeccable. Short walk across the street to a beachfront park and beautiful white sand beach. About the owner: I am actively engaged in my law practice in Massachusetts and bought this little paradise as a getaway and eventual retirement spot.

Water, water, everywhere. On Doctor's Pass this condo is surrounded on three sides by water--Gulf of Mexico, Bay, Marina. Tranquil and private, yet close to everywhere you would want to go while visiting Southwest Florida--40 minutes from Ft. Myers, 45 minutes from Sanibel, Captiva, or Marco Island. Ferry to the Florida Keys, or drive to Miami in 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours from Disney.
