This beautiful family cottage is impeccably maintained by its owners and caretaker. Located on Crooked Lake, sandy bottom, 24" shallow at end of dock, protected by a unique peninsula from all westerly winds, this is the most beautiful property on Crooked Lake. The main home has three bedrooms, the guest cottage sleeps five and has a full bath. Lease any type of boat, less than 1/2 mile away, keep it at the dock. A nineteen foot Mastercraft Water Ski boat, and a 16 ft. Starcraft fishing boat is available upon request at a discounted rate. Rates at the marinas will be much higher. We will not lease these boats unless it is part of the property rental. This property will accommodate and entertain a large group of people for entertaining. Next to main house is a quaint two bedroom guest cottage with full bath. Two twin & one queen plus a pull-out sleeps five comfortably. Will lease weekly, monthly, or minimun two nights. Will discount for monthly or longer rentals. Minutes from Petoskey and Harbor Springs, great shopping and dining.
