  All I can say is location, location, location!! This unit was not only spotless and very well decorated but everything about the location was excellent!! Not only is it situated on a perfect floor with unbelievable views but it is also right off of the elevator for easy access back and forth to the pool and beach! Aqua in general is located in the best area of Panama City especially when traveling with teens, as they can walk to the pier via the beach and then cross over to Pier Park with no worries whatsoever!! There wasn't on amenity that the owners of this condo did not think of including all of the necessary appliances, TV's, DVD's, washer and dryer, and even very nice beach chairs and an umbrella! Upon our arrival we were promptly greeted at the door and made to feel at home from the minute we pulled in. We travel a lot with the family and have been to Panama City Beach over 10 times but we have never had an experience quite like this one, truly amazing!!

  We stayed in this condo for a family getaway for Spring Break. It was absolutely perfect! The condo is immaculate -- just as pictured. We have stayed places where the bathroom was tiny. Let me tell you, the master bath is huge! The entire condo is very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We felt at home the moment we walked in the door! The location is just the best. We walked to Pier Park and got a scoop of ice cream from a great shop there. We strolled on the gorgeous private beach. We spent hours on the huge balcony taking in the amazing view. This condo has one of the biggest balconies at Aqua! We also drove just a short way down the beach and played some mini golf. We had some great family bonding time!. Aqua is in the center of it all. You are close enough to Spring Break excitement, but you also have more than enough peace and quiet if that's what you're looking for. There is a wonderful family owned shop just across the street for souvenir shopping. Pier Park has entertainment, dining, and all the shopping you could want. There is also a Target and now a Wal-Mart opening soon for grocery shopping needs less than a mile away! We absolutely loved this condo. Don't look any further. This is the one you want! You better hurry though because we are looking at the calender to see how soon we can come back!

  We loved our stay -- beautiful place, both inside and out -- also easy walking access to many areas. Would highly recommend a stay at this property! We had a great time on the beach, but also enjoyed being able to walk out on the large balcony and look at the beach, sunset, etc.

  We can highly recommend Aqua 1608 as your next vacation destination. The owners were very helpful in making our arrangements. The website and pictures of the condo were accurate. We found the condo beautiful, clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed being able to sit on the large balcony and enjoy the view of the beach and beautiful sunsets. We were very pleased with all the amenities of the resort...Lounge, pools, snack bar, well maintained elevators, etc. An easy walk to Pier Park and Town Center Shops makes this a perfect location for outside activities. We can highly recommend this condo to friends and family and look forward to our return.

  Dolphins,stingrays,crystal clear water,spectacular sunsets, and sugar sand beach, all viewed from the large balcony. This condo is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The 16th floor is perfect for a view of everything. The condo is located near the less busy elevators. Aqua is a very nice property for relaxing with three pools, one inside, and a hot tub. We highly recommend Aqua and condo #1608. Thank you, Lisa for sharing your condo with others.

  Me and my husband enjoyed this condo so much!!! It is beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and at night. Great view. The morning we would watch dolphins. At night it was just so peaceful listening to the waves. I love the layout of this condo, plenty of room!!!! The Aqua is just a beautiful condo!! We also love the parking deck. So convenient, never have to worry about the rain going to and from the car. We hope to enjoy this condo for many more years to come!!!!!

  We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo. The condo itself is beautifully decorated (exactly as pictured) and very well stocked. We found it to be extremely clean and well-maintained. Surprisingly quiet for its location. My two boys loved their bunk room and there was plenty of room for the both of them. We loved watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony and hanging out at the beach. We had a day or two of rain but nearby Pier Park was a lifesaver. Many places to shop and eat. We also ventured down the coast on Scenic Hwy 30A to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Very cool towns to visit. The owners were professional and very easy to work with. We were even able to check in a couple of hours ahead of the standard check in time. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

  This is a well designed one bedroom unit with the living room and master bedroom directly facing the Gulf of Mexico/Beach. A large balcony with outdoor furniture lets you enjoy the most spectacular sunsets!! The unit is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The owners are friendly and easy to deal with. The location is safe and convenient with shopping, movies, bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance (Pier Park Shopping Complex). All this on Florida's best beaches - what more could one ask of a Florida vacation!
