This penthouse suite is in a quiet, very secure building. It's located on a quiet Capitol Hill tree street and is close to virtually everything Seattle. From here you can feel the heartbeat of the city.
The view is awesome with no obstructions, including The Space Needle, Downtown Seattle, Puget Sound, The Olympic Mountains, Queen Anne Hill and Lake Union. It is extremely private because it's above everything. It's close to all of Downtown,the Space Needle/Seattle Center, Parks, Museums, Pike Place Market, Stadiums, U of W, the walking streets of Capitol Hill, Restaurants galore and close to Freeways of all directions. This may very well have one of the best views in Seattle as well as the most convenient location. In building secure parking is included.
This place is for one or two tenants maximum. Sorry smoking in the building and pets are not allowed.
