The view is awesome with no obstructions, including The Space Needle, Downtown Seattle, Puget Sound, The Olympic Mountains, Queen Anne Hill and Lake Union. It is extremely private because it's above everything. It's close to all of Downtown,the Space Needle/Seattle Center, Parks, Museums, Pike Place Market, Stadiums, U of W, the walking streets of Capitol Hill, Restaurants galore and close to Freeways of all directions. This may very well have one of the best views in Seattle as well as the most convenient location. In building secure parking is included.
For those who are looking for a nice, quiet place in Seattle or for Temporary Corporate Housing, this is an interesting and independent alternative to the cookie-cutter facilities available. This place is for one or two tenants maximum. Sorry smoking and pets are prohibited.
