This two bedroom, two bath, DOG-FRIENDLY house offers great views over Marine Terrace. VERY private HOT TUB. A stones throw from one of the trailheads of the Fiscalini Ranch, with great hiking and biking trails.
The house has VIDEO GAME (XBOX) SYSTEM with games as well as cable TV. The living room is very comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. The house is very close to the Fiscalini Ranch Reserve. This is a 420 acre, oceanfront ranch owned by the town, and open to everyone! There are trails that are great for dog-owners or bikers. There are also trails down near the ocean, up on the ridge, and all through the Monterey Pine trees.
The patio behind the house is cozy and quiet. There is a nice set of table and chairs, as well as the propane BBQ. the ocean view deck is perfect for watching the sunset or having your morning coffee.
The master bedroom has warm natural light and a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
