  Our total experience at Bella Riva 507 was wonderful from beginning to end. Rhonda was accommodating and great to work with. Creme De-La Creme is exactly as represented - beautiful, comfortable and clean! The property is well maintained and gated. We liked the security of having to use access codes from the front gate to beach access. Elevators worked well and were air conditioned. The beach was easily accessed . The white sand was never too hot to walk on and the water is such a beautiful emerald green! We had great meals at Bay Cafe, Old Bay Steamer, Magnolia's, Pandora's and didn't have to leave the area. Harry T's on the Harborwalk was also good. This was our first time to the Ft. Walton area - we are already talking next year. My family was so comfortable at Bella Riva 507, we have no reason to even try to rent any place else!

  What a beautiful condo! It is very well maintained and super clean. There was plenty of room for the eight of us and the balcony is very large and roomy! The dream kitchen is very well equipped and the teenagers loved the media room. It is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The view is spectacular. The beach and water in this area is one of the best. We'll be back!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Bella Riva #507 was the nicest condo we have ever stayed at on our vacations. The unit was gorgeous and very clean. We had everything we needed during our stay - from a fully equipped kitchen to beach gear in the storage room downstairs. The shower in the master bath with its three shower heads was wonderful. Very comfortable beds also. Beautiful beach and a fantastic view from our balcony. The decorating in browns and creams was very restful and helped make it a relaxing week. We cooked in a few nights and ate on the balcony where we could enjoy the clear aqua blue water. Everything worked perfectly. Easy elevator and stair access. Exercise room on 3rd floor. Assigned covered parking. Good security on the grounds. Many supplies were provided so we weren't running out to the store for necessities. And the weather was beautiful and warm for April. We hated to leave. I've already recommended Creme de la Creme to friends. You won't be disappointed if you choose to spend your vacation at Bella Riva #507.

  Our visit to Ft. Walton Beach while staying in the Siggers' condo was truly a wonderful time. It was exquisitely furnished with all the amenities one could hope for. The beach had sugar white sand and the view from the balcony was beautiful and entrancing. Already anticipating our next visit and we'll be sure it will be in the Siggers' condo. Sincerely, J. S.   We were thrilled from the moment we entered this unit of Bella Riva. The view was spectacular as was the unit. The decor was inviting and comfortable. There was pleanty of room for everyone to relax and the condo was very quiet. We were especially thrilled with the master bath and its spacious shower containing three shower heads! The kitchen was top of the line, roomy and had anything we could possibly need. The only thing we missed was a beach set-up. It was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely stay there again!
