The living room, media room and all three bedrooms are equipped with a 32”-37” LCD flat screen or panel TV and DVD player. All of the Kitchen appliances are top of the line Viking and the unit has an under-counter Ice maker.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and mesmerizing view of the gulf as you awake each morning. The master bath has a large garden tub and walk in shower with three shower heads. The two guest rooms are both exquisitely decorated with queen beds and have their own elegant and private bathrooms, one which also opens to the hallway for guests. The gracefully designed media room offers a very stylish queen sleeper sofa. There is also a laundry room in the Unit equipped with washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Bella Riva is a new building. A Mediterranean styled, gated community, with assigned covered parking, a full exercise room, heated seasonal Pool and Jacuzzi. There is a private crossover from the pool area to access the beach. All gates and doors to all areas require a personal code for total privacy and security. Our visit to Ft. Walton Beach while staying in the Siggers' condo was truly a wonderful time. It was exquisitely furnished with all the amenities one could hope for. The beach had sugar white sand and the view from the balcony was beautiful and entrancing. Already anticipating our next visit and we'll be sure it will be in the Siggers' condo. Sincerely, J. S. We were thrilled from the moment we entered this unit of Bella Riva. The view was spectacular as was the unit. The decor was inviting and comfortable. There was pleanty of room for everyone to relax and the condo was very quiet. We were especially thrilled with the master bath and its spacious shower containing three shower heads! The kitchen was top of the line, roomy and had anything we could possibly need. The only thing we missed was a beach set-up. It was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely stay there again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
