NEWLY REMODELED for 2011, our charming, classic Rehoboth Beach cottage lets you enjoy all the comforts of home in beautiful style! Enjoy peace & quiet away from the crowds, yet only minutes from the beach & boardwalk. Located in the marina community of Bay Vista, a lovely secluded neighborhood just off Route 1 in Rehoboth Beach. Great for walking or biking, or just relaxing on our big, screened-in porch. Two miles (just a 7 minute drive) to Rehoboth Beach, the town center & the boardwalk. Close to shopping (tax-free outlets), good restaurants (Big Fish Grill, Arenas Cafe, & Fractured Prune's hot donuts) & fun (Jungle Jim’s Water Park).
We have everything you need for a great beach vacation! Relax in our lovely, light-filled family room with all the modern amenities, including cable HD TV, wireless internet, blu-ray, radio/CD and Ipod speakers. Beautiful glass patio doors lead to our large sunroom/porch, where you can lounge on our super-comfy sofa & chairs. Our big eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and all the amenities. Outdoor shower, large yard & picnic area. Full-size washer & dryer. Central air, plus ceiling fans in every room. 3 bedrooms, all with new, comfortable beds & pillows. Sleeps 6 – 8: beds include a queen in the master bedroom, a double in 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom, PLUS 2 extra beds if needed. 1-1/2 baths.

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
Our house is associated with a rich history and sweet traditions now spanning three generations of family and close friends. It is a tribute to two people -- my parents -- who were determined to own a small cottage at the beach they loved, worked tirelessly to realize their dream, and generously shared their treasure with others. It is also the result of collaboration among family & friends donating time and ideas to continuously make it better, year after year. Our recent remodeling of the house has improved it even more, with glass patio doors that let lots of light in, new beautiful hardwood flooring, and newly painted lovely "beach-colors" throughout. We are very pleased with the result -- it has a tropical & exotic feel, yet includes all the comforts & conveniences of home! We love this house, and the surrounding community of Bay Vista, for its tranquil beauty and accessibility to all Rehoboth Beach has to offer -- sun, fun, good food, shopping & entertainment. We know once you are here you will want to come back year after year, and perhaps develop your own set of "sweet beach traditions."

My family & I have been coming to Rehoboth Beach since childhood, enjoying many delightful summer vacations over the years. The ocean is just beautiful, the boardwalk full of fun things to do (Funland & Grotto Pizza are 2 among many favorite places we enjoy), and the restaurants & shopping are some of the best we've found (Big Fish Grill, the Back Porch Cafe, and Espuma top our list)! On our trips here, we fell in love with the beach & with Bay Vista, a lovely marina community not far from the beach -- we loved it so much my parents decided to buy a beach house in this beautiful & tranquil neighborhood. My husband & I, along with family & friends, now own & manage the house, which allows us to both enjoy it ourselves and share its pleasures with others. Because we are so fond of this house & the surrounding area, we are committed to ensuring that our guests have a truly enjoyable vacation when renting our home.
