  My stay at Tops'l Beach Manor was a pure joy. Really clean condo, great view, very short walk to a beautiful beach.Only minutes away from really nice shopping area with many resturants. Just minutes away from a huge factory discount mall. The owner of our condo is a pleasure to deal with. We have used this condo for a few years. Condo unit VRBO#192837 . Our unit is #212

  This experience was wonderful! The condo descriptions were spot on. The condo was beautiful and it's location was perfect. Our view of the ocean was awesome. Also we had amazing views of the fireworks from the balcony. The beach was only a few walking seconds away. My kids loved the pools and activities at this location. All of the local attractions and restaurants were just a short drive away. The owner communicated very well with me and set everything up for our arrival just as promised. We will definitely return to this location! I will recommend this condo to everyone.:)

  We stayed here for Spring Break and had an amazing time. First off, the condo is very clean and well maintained with an amazing view of the gulf. The location on the second floor is perfect especially if you have kids. Condo to beach is only about a 90 second walk making it easy on kids to get back and forth. The beach is amazing and the best location in Destin. The Topsl Beach Manor is the last resort on the beach and there is a state park that runs 3 miles to the east giving you pristine beach front with no buildings making for great morning and evening walks. The location is near great shopping and restaurants. The Publix grocery store is close and saved us a small fortune in restaurant bills. The owners are very attentive and addresed any questions or needs. We had a thunderstorm that knock out power to the area and our power was partially on in the condo. The owners contacted building maintenance, confirm the issue with local power company, and let us know immediately that the issue was being addressed. We have a fantastic time and will definitely be back again.

  I took my family (wife and two sons 13 & 11 yrs old) down for Spring Break and we had a blast. The condo was in great condition, clean and up to date. The view was awesome, and we loved hearing the crashing waves at night. The beach access was great too as I was able to store and carry my two paddleboards each day to the beach and back without any issues. A place we look forward to coming back to!

  This condo is just beautiful. The view from the balcony is just breath taking. There are stairs to the ground floor just feet away from your front door. The beach is just a few minutes away. My son and I stayed for a week(I wish it could have been a month). I will try to do this again soon. The price is very reasonable. The condo has everything that you will need for a great time

  Just completed our third stay at this condo and it's THE BEST location on THE BEST beach in or around Destin!!!! Look out the living room or bedroom windows and view the ocean. Second floor is perfect; just a short walk to the beach. Beautiful white sand and the people are the nicest - from the cleaning staff to the guys with the chairs/umbrellas on the beach. You can't ask for more. Celebrated our 25th anniversary and LOVED relaxing on the beach. Perfect weather. I can't say enough!

  This was our first trip to Destin and we would definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean, and we have everything we needed for our vacation. The location is great--steps from the beach and very close to the pool. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and the decor was perfect for our beach vacation--even better than the pictures. The owners were very prompt in communicating with me and it was a pleasure to do business with them. The highlight of our vacation was our banana boat ride and we loved eating at Fat Clemenza's. We hope to come back next year and explore more of Destin.

  We just got back from the beach and had a great time. The condo was great! All the pictures on this site are very representative of the condo and views. Beach access is very easy and trips back and forth to the condo are no trouble. The condo was very clean in appearance and had no odors. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We had a great time, got a great value, and would stay here again.

  Loved this condo!!! The views from the bedroom and and living room are amazing. The condo is on the second floor and really close to the stairwell. It is less than a 2 minute walk before your toes are in the sand. Plus Tops'l has a pool, pool bar, and restaurant off of their beach pier. I've been coming to Destin for years, and this is the best condo I've found for the price. Beautiful ocean-front view, short walk to beach, close to outlet mall and Baytowne, private beach next to nature preserve, clean condo at a great price. I will definitely be staying here again next year!

  We just returned back to Canada from this property. It was an amazing first visit to Destin Florida. The condo was clean and well decorated, with views directly from the balcony and master bedroom window onto the gulf. You see the ocean as soon as you walk into the condo! We saw dolphins in the morning and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean while we slept. Lots of great shopping and restaurants very close by. We have usually gone to Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica on an all inclusive trip/holiday, this was even better, the beach and ocean just as nice if not better, and having the variety of restaurants around was very nice, in a safe environment. We would recommend 'another broken egg' a great breakfast and brunch/lunch place just 5 min drive away. Truly a great experience, in a clean, condo with amazing views, highly recommend! Trips to the harbour with a boat tour to watch more dolphins is a great thing to do with the kids, as well as a visit to the 'Crab Shack' in Fort Walton, for more great views, and lovely food. 'Fudpuckers' to see crocodiles and a fun place to eat for the kids, is another worthwhile place to visit and eat. A week was great, but a few weeks would be better!
