Welcome to our home in Birch Bay. Enjoy the expansive views of Birch Bay and the Gulf Islands to the west when viewed from the living room and front deck. Sunsets can be spectacular! Enjoy the morning sun, trees, and park like setting from the private rear deck.
This view unit occupies mid and top levels at the Jacob's Landing Complex. Architecturally designed, and spacious with nearly 1,000 square feet, it features high cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and is decorated in a Mediterranean theme. Living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, washer/dryer, and bedroom plus front and rear decks, complete the layout on the main level. A second bedroom, adjacent bathroom and private sleeping loft accupy the top level.
A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, provides everything for the amateur to professional cook. Generous counter space, and a large island bar facilitates food preparation and provides seating for four. An adjacent bar height dining table seats four. Or enjoy your BBQ or dinner on the private rear deck. The pantry is stocked with staples; flour, sugar, tea, coffee, canola and olive oil, and a wide assortment of spices. Bon Apetit!
The complex has a clubhouse for your use. This includes a heated, olympic sized indoor pool, and jaccuzzi, racquetball court, game room with pingpong and foosball, view seating area around the pool also provides a view of the 2 tennis courts.
Birch Bay is well know for it's warm, shallow water and a myriad of acquatic activities; clamming, crabbing (with the appropriate license), wading and swimming to name a few. Strict traffic control enables children to access the beach safely. A well groomed scenic bike path follows the perimeter of the bay. Nearby, public golf courses answer the needs of the golf enthusiast. Two supermarkets within 15 minutes provide convenient shopping.
Abundant winter activities; the Mt. Baker ski area, the north shore mountains (Vancouver), one hour away, and the ultimate, the international ski resort at Whistler, BC. Site of the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Bed linens, towels, beach towels, and kitchen staples provided. Bring only groceries, and personal items. Our Birch Bay home has all the comforts, conveniences, and amenities of our own home, and we do not expect our guests to accept less.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years .. $175/night (3 night minimum).
Low Season: Sep 15-May 22 ........... $135/night - $ 950/week (3 night minimum).
$75.00 cleaning fee per stay.
$250.00 security/key deposit due at booking to guarantee dates and rate

Balance plus $75.00 cleaning fee due 14 days prior to stay.low season
