Our one bedroom corner unit was intended to give the same quality resort and beach experience as our 3 bedroom penthouse (see listing 147300) also at Majestic Beach Towers, but at a reduced price. This condo was never slept in until July 2008. All furnishings and appliances and 100% of everything in this condo is brand new.
The beach and gulf views are breath taking. The colors and decor are professionally done and you will definitely get your moneys worth.
The parking deck is across the street and you walk thru the air conditioned corridor to tower 1 and take the elevator to the 21 floor. Majestic Beach Towers has become so popular because of all the services, amenities, and views, and direct beach.

Parking is never a problem here at Majestic Beach Towers, with an exclusive six story parking deck with climate controlled walkovers to the respective towers, and more than enough parking spaces to accommodate the busiest seasons.
There is also a free standing amenities building which will be able to host large conventions and/or private parties. We can help put you in touch with caterers that can handle any size event, to include, bars, food, large dining areas, dance areas, and band stands. You name it and this caterer can do it.

- All Condo at Majestic towers have great views. But only the few on the corners max. the view. Please see pictures...Remember, view is part of your vacation...
- Suitability
- No Pets Allowed : No Pet policy enforced mainly because of Allergies. We love pets and always feel bad when this subject comes up because it is very important we stick to this rule. Our websites advertise "No Pets" and you never know when someone rents from us and have a very allergic child or someone else with them that would have serious problems. Our guests safety will always come first. I am sure you understand. Please consider other arrangements for your pet/s and re-contacts us.
- Smoking Not Allowed : The condo is Strictly NON-SMOKING. Some people are allergic to the smell. Plus I don't like it. Some guest think going out on balcony is O.K. (I prefer you leave the condo and go outside) If you smoke on the balcony you need to close the sliding glass door or the A/C unit will pull the smoke in leaving the same odor. Cleaning service charges me $100.00 to rid the unit odor and cloth drapes have to be removed, professionally cleaned and replaced. All at your cost. Please close the sliding glass door if you smoke on the balcony. The a/c unit will pull in the smoke and oder with same results.

Hey, We stayed at unit 2115 the second week of June for a full week and had a fantastic time. The condo itself was great and extremely comfortable. The views of the beach/ocean are so incredible. The resort itself is nice, with several pools and hot tubs. The cafe by the pool actually had really good food - which was a nice surprise! :-) The resort is perfectly located. If you looking for a negative - that would be having to wait for the elevator. Which, I had read about prior to our trip - but this wasn't really an issue. I loved not having to check in and check out at the front desk. I hope this helps....

Staying at this condo made our family vacation the best ever. The views were extrodinary. Easy and quick access to the beach, shops, and restaurants meant that we spent more time enjoying ourselves then we did driving around. The condo was immaculant and everything that we needed was at our disposal. My children fully enjoyed themselves. They loved waking up to the ocean breeze and smell every morning. Being on the corner of the 21st floor let us enjoy nice sunrises and sunsets. The pool was gorgeous as was the resort. The staff is very friendly as well as the owner of the condo. We really appreciated all that was done to ensure that we really enjoyed our vacation to the fulleset!! Thanks a million!!!
