For those not familiar with the Dollar Point area, below will give you some insight to the recreation outside of this home:
In the winter, this home is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Tahoe City and only a short 15 minute drive to the famous Squaw Valley Resort as well as Alpine Meadows. If you prefer Northstar it is only a 20 minute drive. A day of cross country skiing starts just up the street at the Nordic Center, and snow shoeing is just 1/2 mile. The North Shore casinos are also only a 15 minute drive.
In the summer, the bike bath starts at the entrance to Dollar Point, and will take you all the way to Squaw Valley, or down the West Shore to Sugar Pine Point. Lake Tahoe is a wonderful vacation destination, and what would be more perfect than staying in a fabulous home.
