Great place to stay. Close to Red's, Kiawah Island and the ocean. Couldn't have stayed at a better location. The owner was more than helpful. Can't recommend it enough. Timothy Killian Oneida, NY 13421

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!
We have stayed at many different locations on Seabrook Island over the past 12 years but this was our first stay at Bay Pointe Villas. I must say we were quite pleased with the Bay Pointe community as well as this particular villa. The community is tucked right outside the main gate and is very private with its own crabbing dock, pool area and gorgeous views. The villa was tastefully decorated with large bedrooms and a lovely sunroom overlooking the marsh. We especially enjoyed a family of red fox that must live near by and would parade by the sunroom in the evenings. Last but not least Diane was very easy to work with and attentive to our needs. We hope to visit again soon.

Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo! We had a wonderful time! The sunroom looking out onto the marsh was a wonderful surprise for me, along with the screened in porch. Not to mention the nicely decorated Master bedroom and the "Queen Room" as my daughter called it. I was very pleased and hope to visit again soon.

We had such a great time staying on Seabrook Island. Your condo is spacious, clean and well stocked with all that we need. We especially like that the pool is right next to your condo when we need a break from the beach. Speaking of beaches, the Seabrook beaches are the best on the East Coast, never crowded and very natural. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo. :)
