Accommodations: House - 3 Bedrooms + Loft - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 8)

Living Room Sunset View - Summerland Key, FL - Florida Keys Vacation Rental Our house, "The Caribbean Cottage," is 20 miles from Key West. The pool is actually ten feet from the ocean with a beautiful sunset view. Kathy, my wife, is an interior decorator. When you enter you will know you are in Key West with the bright colors. We have four TVs, convection oven, and a fully-furnished kitchen. Hardwood floors in the main area, original oils through out, with great beds and furnishings. The boat dock is ocean side. We have a lot of games, books, video tapes, and CDs. Two air-conditioning units. All bedrooms are large (13-feet by 15-feet) and the loft has two twins. Other beds are king, queen, and a set of twins with a futon. Lots of towels and linens. You can dive right off the seawall for lobster, and the number one dive spot in the continental USA, called Looe Key, is only three miles from us. Twenty miles from Key West and great restaurants right on Summerland. You will not be disappointed!!!

Rentals are usually Monthly; Rate is $6500-$7500/mo (depending on season).
There is a $750 Deposit required.
When the Reservation is confirmed, it is now Non Refundable within 90 nts
Of the Rental Date; 50% of the Remaining Balance is DUE eight wks from the
Rental Date & the Final Balance MUST BE received no later than four wks before
Rental Date. NO Refunds after the Final Payment is DUE.
