The Brooks is a golfing community. Our condo is located in Spring Run within the Brooks and sits right on a lake with a breathtaking view of the lake and golf course. Included is a private golf membership which is transferable to those who rent this condo. There is a one time transfer fee of $238.50 for two people. The Spring Run Golf Club's 18 hole course plays from a comfortable distance of 4568 yards to a championship length of 7052 yards. Also, during May through October you are offered reciprocal golf privileges at up to 40 different area courses.
The Brooks is an award-winning gated community with miles of beautifully landscaped bike and walking trials. The Brooks earned the inaugural Lee County Award of Excellence in 2001 as an outstanding sustainable project and was developed with a strong emphasis on the environment earning certification as a Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary.
The Brooks is within walking distance of one of the most outstanding open malls called Coconut Point. Coconut Point features major department stores such as Dillards to numerous boutique shops, ethnic dining, and an extremely large movie theater.
The Brooks is just minutes from Gulf Coast Beaches such as Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach State Preserve, Vanderbilt Beach, Deinor Wiggins State Recreation Area as well as Lover's Key State Park which are all open to the public with ample parking.
