Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
The home is in good condition. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Any issue that arised we were able to contact the owner's relative that lives less than 5 minutes from the rental for assistance. Very Helpful and accommodating. We received our TV! would rent here again.

Had a signed contract for 4/1/12 but could not get into unit until 4/2/12 due to owner allowing previous renters to stay longer. (they did not have a contract) Listing at the time stated a king bed, since has been changed, there was no king bed. This unit is really a two bedroom with a den and a hide-a-bed.. Stated 2 bikes, only had one so my husdand took his aunt to Walmart to get another one. No instructions about where or how to use the pools and other ammenties. Upon leaving, no instructions, had txted owner several times, no response. Our first week was a big mess. As for the LCD TV that we are to receive, we are still waiting.

Owner response: Our goal is to provide our renters with the best experience possible, Bottom Line. I take it to heart when the renter is not happy. The previous renter had an emergency so i asked if this renter could come a day later and i would pay for their hotel and even said they can stay as long as they wanted free. They were gracious and said no problem. The listing was wrong, said king only had queen size bed but never had an issue before so i didn't realize. I offered to buy a new bed for them they declined. My add never stated 2 bikes but to make them happy i bought another bike for them.I sent her 100 pictures of the place and described the third bedroom to her. My aunt lives down the block and was there every day to help them. The renters texted me that they were leaving the same day they left. They left the place in a very bad way and had to pay dearly to clean and fix the place but never made and issue out of it. Even though in the contract it states renters will be charged for damage or excssive dirt. Despite all of this I will still send them the tv because the ad states it. Verizon took a year to send mine when they where offfering a free tv to switch to their service. A few months to wait for a free tv not bad? Anyway, our goal again is to provide the best experience possible. I addressed every issue they had. I did every thing i could to make there stay amazing....
