  Beverly, we just wanted to thank you for everything! Your home was beautiful and the resort itself was alot of fun. The kids loved the pool and check-in and check-out was very easy.   Beverley, We've just arrived home and just wanted to let you know what a wonderful stay we had. The home is lovely and we've been recommending your property to our friends interested in traveling to Florida. Just wanted to let you know that we had trouble opening the room safe and called maintenance but no one got back to us during our stay. That's something you may need to look into, as well as the 1/2 bath on the first floor. The tank continues to fill but doesn't overflow, just need to jiggle the handle. Also, the security lock on the entrance door could not be engaged. We didn't get to use the pool because the weather was on the chilly side, and we were told that they would be filling in the lake behind your property so that should only improve the view. There were some things we needed supply such as paper products that I hadn't realized, but overall we were extremely happy. We normally clean up after ourselves, so all in all it was a home away from home and was a great place to return to after a long day at the theme parks and we would definitely be interested in renting again in the future.   Hi Beverley, I am sorry that it took me so long to e-mail you, but I wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time in your condo. Your condo is beautiful. It is exquisitely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo had all the comforts of home - even some that are not at home! My boys were thrilled with the fact that all of the bedrooms had their own flat screen t.v. It was also nice that you had a backyard area. It gave the boys some room to run around. Even though we appreciated your condo from the start of our vacation, we really appreciated it when we were checking out and someone else was complaining about the bugs in their unit! Your unit was very clean and we felt right at home. Thank you again for being so flexible on dates. You were very easy to work with! Connie

  Hello Beverley, We just returned a few hours ago from our 8-day stay in Orlando. I must say that we were extremely comfortable in your townhome and very pleased with everything!! Your attention to detail made it a very comfortable vacation home experience and I will highly recommend your unit to everyone I know who may travel to the Orlando area in the future! If only Nina and I could have brought our (very) small dogs, it would have been the perfect home away from home! We did not see another rental townhome unit at Regal Palms so it was impossible to compare units. At first, we were a tiny bit disenchanted to find how far the unit was located from the pool, but we soon realized what a PLUS it was to be located in the "back" of the complex....very little traffic, very little noise from neighbors. Additionally, we noted and appreciated your choice of furnishings, decorations and especially the way you stocked the kitchen. We cooked quite a bit and I only needed to purchase one item...a large non-stick pan. If I could have found a fairly inexpensive pan, I would have donated it to the townhome...however, I spent a bit on the large, non-stick pan that truly got us through the week, so I did bring in home with me!! You definitely went out of your way to upgrade the linens, towels, pillows, mattresses. The quantity of towels was appreciated as well. Even though we did quite a bit of laundry, there were always plenty of kitchen and bath towels on hand. The fact that your townhome was new, pristine and seemingly untouched doubly added to our enjoyment. Both families noted, on future visits to Orlando, we would definitely want to lease from you again. However we all felt that the place would/could never again seem as pristine and brand-new!! This is definitely part of what really enhanced our stay! (Perhaps something to keep in mind w/ decisions for carpet/paint/other replacements). This concludes my comments and feedback--I tried to give you the feedback I would like to hear if I was the owner and I hope that you find my input helpful. Once again, we were so very comfortable in our vacation "home away from home". We appreciated your attention to detail and we could tell that you appointed the townhome as if you were as if you were appointing it for your own vacation! On a humorous note...one last observation and inquiry...the "staged" Old Time photo on the wall behind the door in the downstairs master bedroom...we were wonder
