We are just minutes away from all of these activities but the townhome is in a really quiet area and far enough away that you will feel that you are in another world while enjoying all that our townhouse and resort has to offer. Your stay at our townhouse will help to make your Florida vacation memorable and relaxing.
Our brand new privately owned four bedroom, three and a half bath Florida vacation townhouse is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highlands Reserve. It is right next door to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. Our home is the largest sized end unit at Regal Palms Resort with a living space of 1,856 square feet. Perfect for any size family or group. We have fitted 5 flat-screened LCD TVs, mainly wall mounted, with all T.V's having a DVD either integral or alongside, making it convenient for everyone to watch their favorite shows.
Located in the prestigious resort of Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve, our brand new UPGRADED townhouse has all the facilities to guarantee a truly relaxing vacation. All beds are upgraded pillow tops and are really comfortable, with beautiful soft pillows. There are two master suites each with en-suite bathrooms and king size beds in both. The sitting room is furnished with a gorgeous comfortable queen size sofabed and loveseat, and a fantastic dining table and chairs in the dining area.
While vacationing in our home you will have access to the resort pool facilities, such as the Lazy River, water slide, and hot tub. Inside the Clubhouse you can enjoy the sports bar, games room, internet cafe, and restaurant. Bring your laptop with you and you will have access to FREE wireless internet service inside the clubhouse and outside on the veranda at the poolside area. The fantastic Highlands Reserve golf course is right across the road from the resort!
Enjoy the services of the health/fitness center and beauty spa. The resort even provides FREE shuttle service to Magic Kingdom each day. The resort offers transportation to other area theme parks and attractions for a fee. Transportation is available for Orlando International Airport, Sanford Airport, and other points of interest. You will find the resort staff friendly and helpful so that your stay in our home will be a vacation that you will remember for years to come.
The house is available to rent as a four bedroom or three bedroom home at reduced rates. We offer discounts for rentals of 8 days or more so please contact for details, and confirmation of availability and cost.
Please note that at this resort the management charge $10 per day resort fee, this cost does not come to us! This charge is per house and not per person and is charged to every house on the resort for temporary membership to the clubhouse and all the facilities at the resort!

Hi Beverley, I am sorry that it took me so long to e-mail you, but I wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time in your condo. Your condo is beautiful. It is exquisitely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable and the condo had all the comforts of home - even some that are not at home! My boys were thrilled with the fact that all of the bedrooms had their own flat screen t.v. It was also nice that you had a backyard area. It gave the boys some room to run around. Even though we appreciated your condo from the start of our vacation, we really appreciated it when we were checking out and someone else was complaining about the bugs in their unit! Your unit was very clean and we felt right at home. Thank you again for being so flexible on dates. You were very easy to work with! Connie

Beverley, We've just arrived home and just wanted to let you know what a wonderful stay we had. The home is lovely and we've been recommending your property to our friends interested in traveling to Florida. Just wanted to let you know that we had trouble opening the room safe and called maintenance but no one got back to us during our stay. That's something you may need to look into, as well as the 1/2 bath on the first floor. The tank continues to fill but doesn't overflow, just need to jiggle the handle. Also, the security lock on the entrance door could not be engaged. We didn't get to use the pool because the weather was on the chilly side, and we were told that they would be filling in the lake behind your property so that should only improve the view. There were some things we needed supply such as paper products that I hadn't realized, but overall we were extremely happy. We normally clean up after ourselves, so all in all it was a home away from home and was a great place to return to after a long day at the theme parks and we would definitely be interested in renting again in the future. Hello Beverley, We just returned a few hours ago from our 8-day stay in Orlando. I must say that we were extremely comfortable in your townhome and very pleased with everything!! Your attention to detail made it a very comfortable vacation home experience and I will highly recommend your unit to everyone I know who may travel to the Orlando area in the future! If only Nina and I could have brought our (very) small dogs, it would have been the perfect home away from home! We did not see another rental townhome unit at Regal Palms so it was impossible to compare units. At first, we were a tiny bit disenchanted to find how far the unit was located from the pool, but we soon realized what a PLUS it was to be located in the "back" of the complex....very little traffic, very little noise from neighbors. Additionally, we noted and appreciated your choice of furnishings, decorations and especially the way you stocked the kitchen. We cooked quite a bit and I only needed to purchase one item...a large non-stick pan. If I could have found a fairly inexpensive pan, I would have donated it to the townhome...however, I spent a bit on the large, non-stick pan that truly got us through the week, so I did bring in home with me!! You definitely went out of your way to upgrade the linens, towels, pillows, mattresses. The quantity of towels was appreciated as well. Even though we did quite a bit of laundry, there were always plenty of kitchen and bath towels on hand. The fact that your townhome was new, pristine and seemingly untouched doubly added to our enjoyment. Both families noted, on future visits to Orlando, we would definitely want to lease from you again. However we all felt that the place would/could never again seem as pristine and brand-new!! This is definitely part of what really enhanced our stay! (Perhaps something to keep in mind w/ decisions for carpet/paint/other replacements). This concludes my comments and feedback--I tried to give you the feedback I would like to hear if I was the owner and I hope that you find my input helpful. Once again, we were so very comfortable in our vacation "home away from home". We appreciated your attention to detail and we could tell that you appointed the townhome as if you were as if you were appointing it for your own vacation! On a humorous note...one last observation and inquiry...the "staged" Old Time photo on the wall behind the door in the downstairs master bedroom...we were wondering if we had the opportunity to meet you vicariously?!
