This 3 bedroom condo is located just off of Main St. in Fraser, Colorado. It has been recently renovated to include stainless steel appliances in the new kitchen, tile throughout the new bathrooms, and a gas fireplace. The Fraser River is just steps away (as you can see from the picture) and the free shuttle bus to Winter Park and Winter Park Resort is also very close by.
The loft or 'lounge area' area is a great space for the kids as it contains a TV, game cube console and a foosball table. The community building is located just across the driveway from the unit. There, you can enjoy hot tubs, a sauna and access the Wi-Fi connection. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, dining and living areas and the washer and dryer are all on the main level.
The bedrooms are as follows:
1. Queen on the main level with a bathroom in the hall. That bathroom contains a large shower, but no bathtub.
2. 4 bunk beds on the main level. This room shares the bathroom mentioned above.
3. The last bedroom upstairs, near the 'lounge area', contains a queen sized bed. The full bathroom which services this area, also contains a newly renovated tiled shower but no bathtub. |
