Located on an airy hillside in the exclusive Amapas area, our stunning penthouse boasts over 2200 sq. ft. of luxurious, light-filled space, and breathtaking views that encompass the whole Banderas Bay shoreline. In this idyllic setting, we can offer you not only the peace and quiet of a hillside retreat, but also the hustle and bustle of nearby Old Town Puerto Vallarta, with its dazzling choice of restaurants, stores, and of course, the famous white sands of Los Muertos Beach.
With its unusual two-story layout, our penthouse offers spectacular ocean views from every room, plus two large terraces which add over 1000 sq. ft. of additional living space. We have finished the penthouse to the most exacting standards, with countless upgrades, contemporary hand-made furniture designed to our specifications, and expanses of cool marble tile throughout. The two generously sized master suites (one located on the upper level, overlooking its own expansive terrace) each has a king-sized bed, a private, marble tiled en-suite bathroom, a flat panel LCD HD TV, and a spacious walk-in closet with custom built-in wood fixtures. The bright twin bedded third bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, lots of closet space, and its own balcony.
The living room is a true home away from home with a large flat panel LCD HD TV (with satellite TV service), a DVD player, stereo/CD system, wireless hi-speed internet access and a phone for local calls. Need to call home? We have taken the hassle and the cost out of that by providing free long-distance service to the U.S., Canada and most of Western Europe.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen holds everything the aspiring chef in your party might need to prepare a sumptuous meal. Granite slab countertops, stainless steel GE profile appliances, and the versatility provided by the hooded gas range make it a true pleasure to work in this kitchen! Or if you prefer, barbecue al fresco on the large gas grill and watch the nightly firework display over Banderas Bay.
