Gorgeous 2 bedroom plus loft condo, with 3 full bathrooms. We have put a lot of effort into making our condo a place we love, so we are sure that you will love it also. We have had many renters tell us that our condo is by far the classiest that they have ever stayed in. Spectacular views of the mountains and Lake Dillon from every room. The master has a king bed and a private full bath, the second large bedroom has a king bed with a shared full bath, and the loft has a full bed with its own full bath. A pull-out couch in the living area gives you a lot of extra space.
This condo is very centrally located. If you would like to enjoy several different ski areas, this is your condo. Approximately 10 miles from Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A-basin. About 30 miles from Vail. Frisco Nordic center (many miles of groomed cross country) is about 5 minutes from your door. Snowmobiling and hiking/snowshoeing are also within minutes (National Forest land is off the parking lot). These condo's are right on the bike path, so you have miles outside your door. Shopping, restaurants, golfing, sailing and kayaking are all within 5 minutes.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Forest
We love the mountains. We hike, bike, golf, snowboard, ski, kayak...you get the idea. Frisco is the ideal summer area for us being teachers, and having the ability to rent it out during the winter.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the mountains sitting on the deck. Going to walks outside our door in the adjacent National Forest areas. Waking up and going for a quiet kayak on lake Dillon. It is a perfect spot.

My husband was a physical education teacher for 32 years. He also coached men's volleyball and won 7 State Volleyball titles. He is retired. I am a 7th and 8th grade science teacher. I have also coached volleyball and golf for 26 years. I can't wait to retire, even though I love my job and kids.

We spent a week over the holidays and had a great time. The condo was great, the process was smooth, and the views were spectacular. Even though we didn't get the snow we wanted, we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the views of Lake Dillion and the mountains beyond. It is conveniently located to Copper, Breckenridge, and Keystone. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Stayed here in March 2011. Great floor plan, everything like new. Great central location for Keystone, Breck and Copper. Hot tubs are well maintained & are the only way to end a day of outdoor activities in the Rockies. Had 6 in our party and were not stepping all over one another. Wonderful view of the lake.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We have rented a lot of condos in CO and in other States but none have been as well equipped and decorated as this one. No photos can do justice to the incredible views of Lake Dillon and the Continental Divide. This unit is very close to all that the city of Frisco has to offer-which is a lot. In the future, if we are planning a trip to Summit County, this will be our "first choice" for sure. Also this, the owners are great to work with-everything is perfectly clear with expectations as renters.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
