Villa Magna, a gated community with 24/7 security, is tucked between the rainforest-blanketed Sierra Madre Mountains and the breathtaking Banderas Bay with the most beautiful & longest stretch of beaches in all of Mexico where you can walk for miles on the flat endless beach, hunt for shells and watch the dolphins as they play. From December to April you might even see the humpback whales playfully cavorting with one another. During the summer and fall, the endangered sea tortoises uses the shores of Nuevo Vallarta as their nesting grounds and we have watched the hatchlings scurry across the sand and plunge into the ocean through the government sponsored conservation program.
Step outside onto your beachfront balcony and enjoy the astonishing panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and Punta de Mita, or simply pull up a chair, relax and enjoy a nice book with the sound of the waves or one of your favorite cocktails and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Our one bedroom condo is finished with fine granite and limestone surfaces and includes everything you will need to enjoy your stay in the comfort of this home. There is custom made furniture throughout, an LCD TV, DVD/CD, linens, pillows and blankets, iron and ironing board, towels, and beach towels. There is a full size bed in the bedroom with a twin pull out and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to cook for and serve 4 people. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, electric range, toaster oven, microwave, combo washer/dryer and water filter on the kitchen faucet.
Puerto Vallarta has something for everyone – leisurely strolls on the beach enjoying what nature has to offer, relaxing underneath a palapa, float away the afternoon in one of the 3 beautiful pools (one heated), go kite or boogie boarding, kayaking, race across the waves on a jet ski, parasailing or play a round of golf at one of three local championship courses. When you tire of the beach, there are many tours and activities available in Puerto Vallarta including canopy tours, sightseeing tours, ATV, Dolphin Encounter/Swim, sailing excursions to Yelapa/Los Arcos/Las Marietas Islands/Las Caletas, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, horseback riding, hiking, biking adventures to name a few. As you wind down at the end of the day, there are many great restaurants to choose from in downtown Puerto Vallarta, in Bucerias, at the Marina at Plaza Neptune as well as within walking distance of Villa Magna. Coming this fall there will also be restaurants onsite. In the meantime, there is a great beach club (ETC) just a short walk down the beach for lunch.
Puerto Vallarta comes alive at night. Be sure to visit Old Town and experience the people, the food and tradition of Mexico. Enjoy the local artists and visit the many art galleries, shop and experience the Malecon with its incredible sculptures and wonderful entertainment.
Conveniently located, we are just a short 15 minute ride from the airport, 25 minutes from the center of Puerto Vallarta, 10 minutes from Bucerias and only minutes away from the Mega store in Flamingos and Paradise Village Plaza with: grocery stores, liquor store, banks, restaurants, shopping, doctors and medical 24 hours.
Our Property Manager is on hand to show you around and answer any of your questions during your stay. For an additional charge she can arrange to stock your condo with groceries/drinks which will be waiting for you when you arrive.
