The house was beautiful and the zone was really quiet and enjoyable, Mrs loren was really helpful . I just wished if it had a local phone number since we left our cells and didnt bring any phone but beside that, it has everything we were looking for

[Email dated 9/26/11] Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We really enjoyed our stay. Your property was very well equipped and reached all our requirements and more. The house is very spacious with suitable off-road parking for the SUV we hired. It was just the right distance to be able to travel into other areas of Denver and across to Boulder. It was one of the best places we have stayed at during our travels in the USA. The air con worked well which in some other properties we have rented has sometimes been an issue when temperatures climb into the 90's. We would recommend it to our friends but Denver and Colorado is way off their radars for summer vacations. Many thanks

We had a family of six, 3 adults and 3 eleven year olds kids. The house was really nice and plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, and very friendly neighbors. Easy access to freeways. The owner was very helpful, and we all needed box fans to sleep with and he supplied them for us. I would definitely would recommend this house to everyone. thank you so much for great house for our vacation.

We were more than happy with our experience in this lovely home. All the conveniences of home! We traveled with two children under five and it was perfect for us! This home even has an unfinished basement that the girls loved playing in. Great location for visits to the zoo, water parks and other kid friendly attractions. The town of Thorton was close (10 minutes or less) for groceries or eating out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We rented this home for three nights while vacationing in Colorado. The house was spotless, in a great location, and in a secure feeling neighborhood. It was conveniently located near the interstate...good for visiting Denver, Boulder, Golden, Ft. Collins and all points in between. The owner was easy to contact, friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything negative to say about the whole trip except that we would've preferred less rain! Thanks Loren!

We just spent a week at this lovely home! It is centrally located and made it very easy for us to visit Denver, Boulder, Golden, Colorado Springs and the Rocky Mountain National Park. A true gem of a vacation home!

This house is absolutely fantastic! Beautiful decor, cozy, clean, new, very well presented. We are staying here right now as we are in the process of a cross-country move and it allowed us to keep the kids in school for an extra few days. Coming home to such a charming and friendly atmosphere after a long day dealing with packing and moving is wonderful. Even my husband, who is difficult to please, says "This place is a real gem!" The owner is extremely conscientous and responsive. There is also a family center nearby and several parks. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!!!

My family of 6 stayed for 1 week in this comfortable home. It was BETTER than any hotel, and we loved being there. It is about 15-20 minutes from Denver. If we come again, we will stay here!!!! Thanks Loren!!
