Relax in this sun-kissed, comfortable, lovely and spacious home with inviting grounds, wrap-around balconies, decks, quality finishing, gorgeous furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling brick fireplaces. Split-level home is ideal for short and long-term stays. Everything you'll need awaits, including cable, DVD/VCR, family-friendly movies, Wi-Fi, laundry rooms.
Both the upper and levels are banked with windows to maximize natural indoor sunlight. The two floors combine perfectly as one home, yet offer full amenities on each level.
The expansive 2200 square feet upper level has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms have two queens the third has two twin beds), 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room. The bright and comfortable living room includes a sofa bed plus 3 other large couches, floor-to-ceiling wood-burning rock fireplace, and an entertainment center. Formal dining room and a full kitchen with double oven, stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer and a dinette table.
The bright and pleasant lower level has 1800 square feet with its own access to the backyard. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds), two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The family room has a sofa bed and another large couch, large brick wood-burning fireplace and an entertainment center. The fully equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances (full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and stove) making this area a great place to entertain.
Upper and lower units can be rented separately and for long-term stays September - May. Ask for the rates when you call!
