This well-appointed light filled two-bedroom two-bath home has been professionally designed and furnished. Leaded glass double doors welcome you into the splendid 500 square foot living room with 15-foot ceilings and elegant furnishings complete with sofa bed. Above the living room lies an elevated sitting area with television. The eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with all the terrific ingredients you can get from nearby gourmet markets. The kitchen also has a built in microwave, marble counters, tile floors and a dishwasher to ease clean up.

The elegant and airy master bedroom with queen size bed boasts an impressive master bathroom with tile floors, long vanity with double sinks, and separated toilet and shower facilities. Closet space abounds in this deluxe bedroom. A second bedroom contains a faux fireplace and sofa which converts into either two twin beds or a comfy king bed. There is a second full bathroom accessible from the hall containing a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit and free Wi-Fi is available too.

Special touches are found throughout this home and great care has been taken to provide luxurious linens, sumptuous comforters, premium beds, tasteful artwork, custom light fixtures and European faucets and fixtures. Hardwood floors and beautiful tile are installed throughout the home.

This home is a green property. Harsh chemicals or sprays are not used and our service cleans with all-natural products. We encourage and make it easy to recycle. Energy-efficient appliances are found throughout the unit and care has been used to select all-natural fabrics in the linens, and, the carpeting is environmentally friendly as well.

  • We stayed at this apartment from August 6-9, 2009 with our two sons and an exchange student from Germany. It is a beautiful, well furnished apartment and kitchen. As others have noted, the neighborhood is wonderful, with parks, restaurants and shopping within an easy walk.   • My family and I spent Christmas and New Year at this fabulous Pacific Heights flat. This was our first Christmas spent outside of Ireland and the flat was comfortable and homely and made for a wonderful holiday for us. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us and the flat was very clean. The area is a perfect base for tourists and is set in a quiet neighbourhood. I would certainly recommend this flat to my friends. Hopefully we will make a return visit again!

  • We so enjoyed our 2 weeks in the San Francisco flat. The location is perfectly located in Pacific Heights in a quiet neighborhood. Clyde was most helpful in all aspects. The flat is nicely and completely appointed. Getting a parking pass is a must if you have an auto. We would highly recommend this location and certainly this flat.

  • December 14, 2008 We stayed at the flat while celebrating the birth of our first grandchild. Our whole family came to San Francisco for the wonderful occassion. We enjoyed family meals in the wonderful kitchen, games and we even celebrated Christmas, since we were all together and we all live in different states. The flat was everything that the owner presents and more. I would reccomend it very highly. We hope to stay there for future visits when we visit our granddaughter.   • Sunlight fills this Gorgeous Space!!! Very comfortable and Luxurious. We loved the neiborhood...quiet and within walking distance of many great resturants and shops. Location was convenient for cabs and public transportation. It was so nice to come in from a long day of flights and airports and have fresh flowers about the house.   • We loved our stay in San Francisco. This condo is fantastic. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Beds were Very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Also we loved the location. Mini-markets within a couple of blocks, walk to shops and restaurants, no need to rent a car as buslines are close by and run often. We would recommend this place to everyone. Fabulous vacation.
