Clyde, This the first time we rent a vacation home. We did lot of research. I was a little scare. But, we had a great time! This is a tripple 5 stars hotel for a value price. Your flat is sooo .. beautiful. We had a luxuriest vacation experience at your flat. The flat locates in an up scale neighbor. It's safe, very quite and so comfortable. The children (age 3, 7 and 10) love the flat. All they wanted to do was stay in the flat and hang out. We have relative live in San Francisco, came visit us at the flat and they could not beleive how nice your place is. Its close to everywhere. Very, very nice. We will be back for sure. Pacific Heights Chic Condo

We had a fabulous girls getaway staying at this Pacific Heights condo. The chic interior was actually more impressive, welcoming and fabulous than we expected from viewing the photos. The amenities included a gorgeous neighborhood; walking distance to shopping; luxurious bedding; and inspiring and stylish interiors. Great communication from the owner. A huge plus was having the keycode since there were 5 of us. We left plotting our next visit and knowing exactly where we wanted to stay!

The PERFECT San Francisco Home Experience

Wow! I just cannot say enough about this house. Here are the Top 5 reasons I would recommend this house to anyone visiting San Francisco: 1) The owner, Clyde, is incredible to work with. He answers all emails and questions promptly and clearly. We had absolutely no issues at all with anything in regards to the reservations, payment, etc. The details and pictures of the home were accurate. In fact, in person, the house is even more beautiful! 2) The home decor is just beautiful. We felt like we were living in a catalog. And everything was perfectly clean, too. The home is full of character and beauty. 3) The location cannot be beat! We enjoyed walks to nearby restaurants and the park. The area was quiet at night, too! 4) The price. For all that you get with this house, there is no way a hotel can come near to competing. 5) The size is just right for large groups. We had 6 adults and a toddler staying in the home for 3 nights and never once did we feel cramped. The living room space is large and open and the kitchen is plenty big. We were able to share the two full baths without a problem. Without a doubt, we will return to this house for future stays in San Francisco!

Beautiful flat convenient to everything

Our family stayed in this property over Memorial Day weekend 2011 while in SF for a family wedding. The interior is just as described and the photos really don't do it justice. There is plenty of space and the furnishings are top notch. One thing that the photos don't show that makes the property even better is that the TV viewing "loft" has been enclosed making it perfectly private. Clyde was so nice to work with. His responses were prompt. We' love to stay there again sometime.

Luxurious, Comfortable & A Great Location

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this flat. The flat is perfect for a S.F. vacation. We were 4 adults and sleeping arrangements were plentiful and comfortable. Everything you need is provided and well-maintained. We had been concerned regarding parking but getting a permit was easy, cost $34. for 2 weeks, and there was on-street parking near by. Clyde was easy to work with and was responsive to all our needs. Location is a quiet street with just a short walk to stores, restaurants and public transportation. There is a beautiful park at the end of the street.

My wife and I stayed with our four children ranging in ages from 5 to 16 for four nights during our Spring Break. The location of this flat is great, a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and Mollie Stone grocery. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family. The linens, towels, pillows and beds were all very plentiful and comfortable. We also discovered a great playground and park situated atop a hill about two blocks from the flat; it had a beautiful view. We also made trips down to Fisherman's Wharf several times - which was a very short and easy drive from this location. We would definitely stay at this townhome / flat again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was spotless, comfy, and well put together. The decor was a Jonathan Adler dream. We had our three year old with us and the walk to Alta Plaza Park was nothing. Great restaurants within walking distance and a nice location to get around San Francisco. Looking forward to a stay in the future!

Perfection for the Holidays

My 82 year old mom and her 87 year old husband joined me in this lovely ground level apartment in a gorgoeus part of Pacific Heights right near California and Divisidero -- everything you could possibly want within walking distance or a short car or bus ride away. Everyone was comfortable. There is a separate TV room and a large comfortable living room. The bed rooms are not adjacent so each couple had plenty of privacy. But we all hung out in the spacious bright kitchen. Owner Clyde was very responsive and easy to deal with. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

We stayed with my husband and my two kids, ages 6 & 10 and had a wonderful vacation with Clyde's rental home as our home base. The unit is just as beautiful in person as on the Internet pictures and extremely comfortable. It felt like we were staying at someone's high end interior designed home rather than a hotel which is just what we were looking for in our vacation. This was our second visit and, as before, we enjoyed every minute of it. Well worth a return trip. Clyde is a very good host, always helpful and very welcoming. Taking into account the property itself and the location, I find it hard to imagine a better base for any trip to San Francisco.

Our family rented this Pacific Heights apartment for three nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and neighborhood. We obtained a parking permit the day we arrived and never had a problem finding parking on the street. We were well located for bus stops and other amenities. Communication with Clyde was excellent. He willingly answered any queries we had and left information on obtaining a parking permit in the flat on our arrival as promised. We ate in most nights after long days out sightseeing and our only complaint would be it would have been nice to have had a bit more kitchen equipment. Other than that the house was perfect for our needs. The description and photographs were accurate. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We were delighted to be able to stay in this lovely vacation apartment during our recent visit to San Francisco. We give the owners the highest possible marks, as they have designed an elegant, yet comfortable, retreat for their guests. No detail has been overlooked. Guests are surrounded with beautiful art, a generous amount of living space, sumptuous, comfortable furniture and linens, and amenties such as wi-fi, flat screen tvs, a washer/dryer, and information about how to apply for a temporary parking permit (a huge benefit). The neighborhood of Pacific Heights is truly special; we looked forward to returning home to "our beautiful neighborhood" at the end of each day. We are already planning a return trip...maybe as soon as this summer. It was a joy to discover that this flat was exactly as advertised. In my 15 year-old's words, "This is the "coolest place we've ever rented!"

We had a great stay in this lovely, well maintained, and superbly located flat. Pacific Heights is our "old neighborhood" and we're familiar with the area. This is one of the nicest places to stay. Two adult couples stayed here for for 4 nights between Christmas and New Years 2009. The flat is roomy, well furnished/maintained, and in a great location. Easy walks to the Presidio, Fillmore Street/Japan Town restaurants/shops and good access to public transportation and cabs to other parts of town. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. We stayed at this apartment from August 6-9, 2009 with our two sons and an exchange student from Germany. It is a beautiful, well furnished apartment and kitchen. As others have noted, the neighborhood is wonderful, with parks, restaurants and shopping within an easy walk. My family and I spent Christmas and New Year at this fabulous Pacific Heights flat. This was our first Christmas spent outside of Ireland and the flat was comfortable and homely and made for a wonderful holiday for us. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us and the flat was very clean. The area is a perfect base for tourists and is set in a quiet neighbourhood. I would certainly recommend this flat to my friends. Hopefully we will make a return visit again!

We so enjoyed our 2 weeks in the San Francisco flat. The location is perfectly located in Pacific Heights in a quiet neighborhood. Clyde was most helpful in all aspects. The flat is nicely and completely appointed. Getting a parking pass is a must if you have an auto. We would highly recommend this location and certainly this flat.

December 14, 2008 We stayed at the flat while celebrating the birth of our first grandchild. Our whole family came to San Francisco for the wonderful occassion. We enjoyed family meals in the wonderful kitchen, games and we even celebrated Christmas, since we were all together and we all live in different states. The flat was everything that the owner presents and more. I would reccomend it very highly. We hope to stay there for future visits when we visit our granddaughter. Sunlight fills this Gorgeous Space!!! Very comfortable and Luxurious. We loved the neiborhood...quiet and within walking distance of many great resturants and shops. Location was convenient for cabs and public transportation. It was so nice to come in from a long day of flights and airports and have fresh flowers about the house. We loved our stay in San Francisco. This condo is fantastic. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Beds were Very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Also we loved the location. Mini-markets within a couple of blocks, walk to shops and restaurants, no need to rent a car as buslines are close by and run often. We would recommend this place to everyone. Fabulous vacation.

Great apartment in a perfect location - easy walk to small shops, parks and areas of interest and a short drive to many of the key attractions of San Francisco. The owners provided a very elegant yet comfortable space with many books, maps and brochures to help visitors make the most of the city. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was our first vacation away from our young children, & the accommodations definitely contributed to how quickly we relaxed. A perfect balance of luxury & comfort, style & practicality, this apartment is a gem. The location couldn't be better. We didn't want to have a car, & we were able to walk to many fine restaurants, a grocery store & shops on or near Filmore. The Presidio (large park)is a few blocks away, as is another neighborhood park (with playground if you come w/kids). Just walking around the neighborhood admiring the gorgeous homes & occasional boutiques is fun. I was surprised how quiet the neighborhood is considering you are in a major city. We certainly plan on returning.

This flat was magnificent! We loved our stay here. Every room is elegant and beautifully decorated, and designed for comfort and convenience. We used the both the master and guest bedrooms, and even had the opportunity to convert the grand foyer to a bedroom one night. We could not have been more pleased. We were amazed at the calm and relaxing environment and the attention to detail throughout the flat. Every element of this unit is impressive. The decor is the rare combinination of relaxing, comfortable and stylish. It has more amenities than we could have imagined. The neighborhood is charming and beautiful, and is very convenient. This flat is a true gem. We can't wait to stay there again during our next visit to The City.
