taxes(12%) and a one-time cleaning fee of $100. A $150 security deposit, fully
refundable after vacating check, is required.
Full refund of deposit, minus $50 admin fee, with at least 45 days notice and 50%
deposit refund with 30 days notice. Lost or Stolen FOB & Key $70.
