A 1/3 deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining balance is due no later
than 45 days days before arrival. All rates are subject to the mandatory Hawaii
taxes(13%)and a one-time cleaning fee of $100. A $200 security deposit, fully
refundable after vacating check, is required. Lost or Stolen FOB & Key $70.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit, minus $50 admin fee, with at least
45 days notice and 50% deposit refund with 30 days notice.
