This newly renovated, fully furnished home offers 1 Queen size bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a third bedroom/office with an inflatable queen size bed. Additionally, the sofa in the den is a pull-out full-size bed. Two full baths - one upstairs with jet-tub, and one downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen, which is brand new with upgraded appliances, was on the 2008 Annapolis Kitchen Tour. Front loading washer and dryer in the main bedroom. High speed internet access is included. The living-room has a large, HD, flat-screen television with DVD player. Stereo system has speakers installed in living room and kitchen. All linens and towels are provided. Nice back patio with bar-area, grill and table. An added bonus is the off-street parking, a rare commodity in the Historic District.
This great home is either a block and a half from the water taxi on Spa Creek or just a few short blocks to everything downtown Annapolis has to offer. Shopping, pubs and restaurants, the Naval Academy, City Dock, and the State House, are all just steps away.

We plan on moving to Annapolis permanently some day, and bought a place in Annapolis so we can spend weekends here as often as possible. We love spending time with our friends here, walking around downtown and spending time out on the water...
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family House
The best thing about our place is that we can walk everywhere. It's just two blocks from the City Market, and a block-and-a-half from Spa Creek. It's a nice place that is incredibly relaxing!
